Chapter 11: Your my....???!!!

Mary's POV: 

Hey babe do u want me to pick u up

I read the words on the screen of my phone then I quickly type back to my sweet boyfriend

No babe it's OK Clover and Aqua r coming, but thx 4 the offer

Over the past 2 months Clover, Aqua and I have become close friends. Although I have seen that they are keeping something's from me. I'm pretty sure they have a good reason but I'll be patient and I'll wait for them to tell me.
Me and Luke have also grown very close together. I know his title is  a bad boy but when you get to really know him he really believes in love and isn't just that cold hearted player who wants to sleep with every girl in the school. He is really attractive with light brown hair and greenish blue eyes.  His usually style is a plain T-shirt with a pair of jeans. Luke is the very opposite of me when it comes to sports. Although he works out alot he sucks at sports.....

HA NOOOOOO. Who am I kidding. He loves to play sports especially soccer. And he is really good at it too. He plays midfield and is the captain of the team. Me on the other hand can't even kick a ball without falling on my face, and when I tried to drop kick the ball I kicked it backwards and fenced it to my neighbors 2 houses down. I went to get the ball but when the old lady opened the door she said "i no speak English" then she slammed the door in my face. I had to buy Luke another soccer ball since that one was his favorite.

Honk, honk

That was Aqua and Clover. I slipped on my sweater and my black snap back and headed to
Alex's Dodge 4x4 pick up truck. I got in the back seat beside Clover and Aqua since Neal came along and he sat in the front beside Alex.

We finally arrived at school. I got out, thanked Alex for the ride and went to meet up with Luke.
"Hey babe, missed me this morning?" I asked teasing him. He chose to play along.
" Yes Mary I couldn't stop thinking about you. Why did you have to leave me" Then he started fake crying.
"Oh you poor little baby. I'm sorry."

"REALLY" his head shot up and he smiled at me. 

I was about to reply when i heard someone clear their throat.

 " Mary I want to talk to you in my room alone now please."

 Mr. Caffrey was standing in front of us, hands on his hips. I could clearly tell he did not like me and Luke together. I really didn't want to talk to him either. I hate him. Hate is a very strong word and that is exactly why I used it.

"Fine" I answer. I give Luke a peak on the lips and tell him I'll be okay. Nobody knows about me and Mr.Caffrey. I walked off with him until we reached his room. We haven't talked face to face in a while and I wondered what had suddenly made that change.

"What do you want George"
(AN:if none of u remember George is Mr.Caffrey's real name)

I wanted to get straight to the point.

"Mary there is something that has been bothering me for the past 2 months and I needed to talk to someone. Your the only one i trust."

I was about to cut him off but he continued."Don't talk just listen. Please."
I stay silent giving him permission to carry on.

"About 3 months ago Hunter died, Steve needed a new guard so he contacted the SBIP to get him someone. That person fought 2 other guys before me and they kicked butt really good. I thought I was going to go out there and beat him since the others were amateurs. When i walked out from the curtains there was a girl."

I couldn't understand what this had to do with me.

"And what does this have to do with me George?" I ask bored out if my mind.

"Just listen" he replies "It was Clover."

Once he said those words my eyes open wide. I stay silent and let him continue.

"We fought for 5 minutes. After the 5 minute mark Steve congratulated Clover and now she is part of us."

Those words hit me like a train. That was probably  what they were hiding from me. When ever I ask them to do something with me right after school Clover is always saying she cant go. Every time there is a different excuse and Aqua is always covering for her. That is something pretty big and I am not mad that they didn't tell me. 

"I can't believe you George " I raised my voice a little." Please don't tell me you care about her too much to tell her to leave. She can't work for the SBIP if she is in prison. It's bad enough you ruined my future. The police are still out there looking for US because of YOU and STEVE. You told me it would be fine and now you are dragging her into the same mistake you did to me." By the end of my speech I was yelling. I almost had tears in my eyes from the horrible memories that had happened to me in the past.  

"I'm sorry Mary." At those words my tears started flowing like the falls of Niagara. I left George in the room and was walk out. I open the door and bump into a huge wall. I look up to see Luke with a worried expression on his face.

"Mary are you ok ?" I didnt  answer but let out another sob. I started to cry on his shoulder. He  held me in his arms for what seamed like forever. "Mary why don't we sit outside and you can tell me what happened."
I nodded my head and he lead me outside. By this time the bell had already rung and everybody was in their classes. We sat at our secret place under the bleachers. He wrapped his arm around me and waited for me to talk. I was deciding if I should tell him the truth or not.

"Luke... what I am about to tell you is very secretive. You will be the only one to know."

He nodded his head as I spoke, listening very closely.

"You cannot by any means tell anyone or let anyone know you know. I am dead serious. I trust you and I need you to keep this a secret, consider it a secret you will guard with your life."

"Yes ma'am"

I continued trying to pick my words carefully.

"I... have... a... brother at the school... an older brother." I took a deep breath before i continued trying to not have eye contact with Luke. "My brother's name is George Mcoy... Also known as Mr.Caffery."
