Hey guys, alright so this one has been debunked now that "THE END" has arrived, but I wanted to discuss this one anyway. *P.s. the next update will be an oldie but a goodie as well so stay in tuned if you're interested*

If you're more interested in watching the videos themselves I suggest the links I'll add on down below, or feel free to read my adaptation of it or both, whatever floats your boat.

^( I believe this is the first video on Grunkle Stan's Brother / "twin." I realize the link pasted in very oddly and if it doesn't work please comment and I will try to fix it as soon as possible. )

This theory, as told in the video, was originally created by a tumblr user called 'Prettyinpwn.'

IF WATCHING THE VIDEO, WAIT FOR THE BOLD LETTERS LABELED "CONTINUE READING" APPEAR

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So, this theory is about Grunkle (Grandpa--Uncle [It's their grandmother's brother, if I remember correctly]) Stan and the possibility of him having a brother.

Our first crucial piece of evidence in proving that Stan has a brother is his very, very awesome red car with the words: El Diablo written on the side. (Although, many believe that the reason it's there is to refer to the word 'the devil' which is the translation from English to Spanish as it ends up causing Stan and the rest of the crew a lot of troubles. I actually believe it's there because of the type of car. [Search 'Old El Diablo car' and compare it to that of the 'Stan-Mobile' and see what you get] I'm not saying that theory isn't valid, rather saying that maybe he choose that car because of what it means in Spanish ).

So the Stan-mobile stuck around for most of the show storing burritos in the back because food. Well if you pay close enough attention to the Stan-mobile your eyes will advert to the yellow licenses plate. You'll notice the letters: STNLYMBL, which of course stands for what? The Stanley mobile.

Billy, any statements?

"What's the problem? Stan is short for Stanley right, Miss Herondale?"

This is where I hit the buzzer that makes that really annoying noise and I get the joy of doing a teacher's job, correcting the student when they're wrong.

"That could be true, well until Alex Hirsch (Creator of our beloved Gravity Falls here at Theories Academy) said Stan's name is actually Stanford when said out loud. In which you hear often in the cartoon. So here's the real question class.... why would Stan own a car that doesn't belong to him?"

"MISS HERONDALE I KNOW THE ANSWER!!!"  "Yes, Angelica?"

"Stan is a cheapskate! He probably bought it illegally, or stole it."

Alright so while this might seem like a plausible answer considering we know Stan's past... I'm not so certain. Let's give our engines a break shall we and continue on to our next segment.

Next let's move onto Dreamscapers (S1 Ep 19), during the scene with the flashback. There's a picture (in the video) where Stan is wrestling a young man. However, on the bleachers (Don't you dare.... I know what you're thinking... NO... N. O. ),  there's a young man reading a book. Now, don't mistake this bibliophile for just being another bookworm, he actually has something fairly in common with Stan. Notice how dipper and Mable have that odd slanted heart shape on their hair, well so does young pines and who else? If you said the bibliophile, you are correct!  That also means it's genetic so when they go off and marry and have kids their kids will have that same odd little heart in their hair too.
