Walking on the streets alone, you kept your bag to yourself and remain cautious at all times. You have your own driver but family emergency, it is. He left the car at your house which is like 5km away from your position right now and your wallet was left there. Good thing you still have some money in the pockets of your bag.
Then, your stomach suddenly growled loudly.
"Oh God, can this wait until I go home?" You said to yourself.
You continued walking and smelled coffee.
"Where could that aroma come from?" And you followed the scent and it lead you to a café.
"Oh, God. Thank you!" You said to yourself. "Finally, I could drink something after that long walk."
You entered the café and was greeted with the strong aroma of coffee around the place. "Golly! I think I'm loving this place already."
You called a waiter and asked for the comfort room. He gave you directions and you thank him. You entered the comfort room and looked at your reflection in the mirror.
"I kinda look awful..." You whispered to yourself.
You comb your (hair color) hair and applied some oil to make it shiny. You applied some face powder on and lip gloss.
"Done!"
You went to fall in line and waited for your turn.
"Good evening, ma'am. Welcome to Maji Café. (A/N: I honestly can't think of anything else so, that's it (≧∇≦) hehe) Can I take your order?" The guy in a black apron with bright cyan hair greeted.
"Okay, Kuroko-kun." You said as you glanced at his name tag. "I'll have a pumpkin spice latte please."
The barista stared at you like you just spoke in Latin. "We don't ha-"
"Okay, just kidding. I'm not really a fan of those kinds of latte. I'll just have some vanilla hazelnut frappe."
He smiled, "Medio or Primo?" The barista asked.
"Huh? What the hell does that mean?" You asked.
"Uhm, it's how we call the sizes for our cups, ma'am. Primo as the largest." The barista explained.
"Oh. Then I shall have the primo please." You smiled sweetly.
"Coming right up." The cute barista left the counter and went to make your frappe. You glanced at the menu for other foods and bevarages served. You were completely amused on the variety of foods and drinks served at the café.
"Here Ma'am." The barista returned and handed you your frappe. "Enjoy your drink." His sweet smile made you suddenly energized despite the long tiring walk.
"Uhm, can I have extra tissue?" You asked. He bent down to reach the tissue at a cabinet below the counter. His hand slightly brushed at yours and you quickly pulled back because of some electricity you felt.
"Th-Thanks..." You said shyly.
You went to look for a table to sit on and spotted a couch with books around it.
You walked towards it and relaxed.
I'm in love with this place! You thought to yourself.
You took a sip from your order and closed your eyes as you swallowed the cold creamy liquid.
You placed your cup on the table and searched for any book to read. Then your hand stopped as you saw a book that you once read for a book report back in your high school days.
The Gift of Acabar... I can't believe I still remember this book. You thought as you glide your hand across the cover.
You opened the book slowly and turned the pages gently. You started reading (and drinking) until...
"Ma'am?"
You kept on reading and didn't hear the guy calling you.
"Ma'am?" The guy poked at you and you shrieked in surprise.
"Oh my God. You could've killed me!" You exclaimed as you closed the book. You noticed that it's the barista from a while ago, Kuroko.
"The café's closed, ma'am." He said calmly.
"Eh?" You looked at your watch and noticed that it's already 10:00 pm.
"What time do you close?" You asked him, returning the book in the shelf.
"9:30 pm." He said. "Are you finished with your drink, ma'am?"
"Uh, y-yes..."
He took the cup and went at the kitchen.
"Shit. I finished the book. Bloody hell." You muttered to yourself.
You look for your phone at your bag and unlocked, only to find 13 missed calls from your bestfriend and 19 from your mom. Jeez, I'm dead. You thought.
"Ma'am?" Kuroko called while closing the other door of the café.
"Oh yes. Sorry." You rushed up outside and waited for him to close the café, and this time, he's the one who was startled.
"Don't you have a car, ma'am?" He asked as he played with the keys of the café.
"Yes, I have but, it's a long story."
"I shall walk you then. I won't allow a maiden to walk alone late at night."
"E-Eh-Ugh. Okay. If you insist. I've got nothing to lose."
You walked with him awkwardly, or maybe just to you...
"Hou fer hvka jbbs kbb?" He asked.
"Whaaaaat~?" You asked.
"I said, how far is your house from the café?" He repeated again while staring straight ahead.
"Uhmmm...5km at most...?" You said.
"Hmm..."

"Oh. We're here." You said as you clapped. "Thank you for walking me here, and, sorry if I wasted your time on walking me home."
"No it's okay. Goodbye ma'a-"
"(First name). My name's (First name)."
"Goodbye, (First name)-san." And he kissed you on the cheek and left you in front of your gate.
Pretty sure I'm blushing madly right now. You thought to yourself.
And because of that night, you became a loyal customer at Maji Café and a loyal girlfriend to Tetsuya Kuroko.
