Chapter 10 - Leave You (Kuroko X Reader)

I think this will be my first tragic story so I'm definitely new in this kind of ending so please bear with me...

*******************************************

You and Kuroko planned for a date at the park in Saturday. You were so excited that you didn't even sleep enough sometimes.

***At The Park***

You were wandering off and staring at your wristwatch, wondering why Kuroko is still not at the park.

"Tetsuya...? Where are you...?" You mumbled.

You started to check every corner of the park and you haven't seen him.

One hour already passed and Kuroko hasn't arrived yet. You texted him.

To: Tetsuya

Where are you? Is something wrong? Call me.

Few minutes passed and he didn't even reply.

To: Tetsuya

Kuroko! Where are you? Tell me and I'll go there...

You decided to go to his house and fetch him.

You knocked and knocked but you didn't receive any response.

You looked at your bag and luckily you brought the spare key he gave you. You opened the door and wondered why it's so quiet.

Then suddenly, you heard coughs upstairs.

Tetsuya?!

You rushed to his room and finding him in a dark shade of red.

"Tetsuya!" You called.

You immediately went to the kitchen and took a bowl of lukewarm water and a clean towel.

"(First Name)-san... You don't need to come here... You might get sick too...." he pleaded

"I don't care. You need to get stronger. And what kind of girlfriend will I be if I left you ill?"

"Thank you (First Name)-san..."

"Don't worry, Tetsuya. I'm here..."

***Few Weeks Later***

You were crying in your room. Trying to push the thought of Kuroko dying.

"I'm sorry, Ms. (Last Name). He's gone." The doctor said.

You buried your face in your arms and yelled, "He'll never leave me! This is all a dream! Just a dream! A bad dream! A nightmare! Wake me up Tetsuya! Please! Wake me up!"

"(Last Name)-san..." Riko called

"Riko-senpai. This is just a dream, right?! Please tell me this is all just a dream!" I shook her of weakly.

"(Last Name)-san.." She quickly embraced you and you cried on her shoulder.

"Tetsuya-a-a-a!!!"

***At The Funeral***

You cry and cry like tears will never stop flowing down from your eyes. You looked at the picture of you and Kuroko in your first anniversary.

Tetsuya... Why'd you leave me? You thought.

When Kuroko was buried, some people left. The whole Seirin team, Akashi, Murasakibara, Himuro, Midorima, Takao, Aomime, Momoi and (Your Best Friend's Name).

"Tetsuya... I promise to take care everyone that you cared about, I will surely love and give what Nigou need, and I will always love you no matter what." You promised.

Before all of you left, you look back again and saw Kuroko standing before his gravestone.

"Tetsuya?!" You said

"I love you all.. especially you (First Name)-san.. Please, take care of Nigou. I'm very happy that in a short time, I managed to know and to be with you all."

Then everyone cried especially you.

"...Sayonara..." he waved.

"Sayonara, Kuroko Tetsuya..." you all said.

Its lame. I find it lame and it kinda lacks in plot.

I don't know... I'm still busy this week, but I'm going to give a go with Akashi X Reader...
