The red light

One day I was at my friends house. She lives by a cemetery. We saw a red light flashing around the cemetery. Nobody was in the cemetery because we saw that it was locked. We both got freaked out because we knew nobody was there but we just decided to go to bed so we could forget about this. I woke up in the middle of the night to see the door open even though I remembered closing it. I also remember her parents going to bed well before us. 

I then saw a red light in the hallway so I jumped up to look where it was going and all of a sudden I saw her mum in her night gown with a plain expression on her face. I just apologised and went back to bed and closed the door to go back to sleep. 

My friend and woke up in the morning and I told her what happened. She was shocked and said that her mum and dad were divorced and only her dad lives with her. We haven't seen the red light since.
