The light from the sun shines into my eyes telling to get up. I grumbled sitting up and rubbing the sleep out of my eyes. I looked at my alarm clock "10:32" I read aloud. I got up and tossed on a shirt and headed to the living room. I plopped on the couch and read a message that I had received on my my phone. I clicked the device until the message opened.

"That man you found in that building with the note in his stomach worked as a hit man for the Reyes Family, these people are some of the most well know millionaires in the city as you've heard, but these people don't just run businesses, they also deal drugs. A lot of them too, I'll send you the address in a hour or so once we can get more info."

I tossed the phone aside and looked up at the wall at the collection of masks. I turned my head to the closet where J had kept my old jumpsuit and coat from when Adam was still around. The words of what he said that night Bristol had died echoed throughout my head. My thoughts were broken as the doorbell rang. I grudges my sled to go get it as I was still sleepy. I twisted the knob and opened it. "Yes?" I asked. "I got your order sir!" A woman said in a cheerful voice holding out a box of pizza. I paused for a moment. "I ordered a pizza?" I ask taking it in my hand. She pulled it a note "Is this not apartment 114?" I nodded. "Yea it is...but I never ordered this." "Oh? Really?" Her happy expression changed to a look of disappointment. "Well, I cant go back with the pizza, I could get yelled at again." Her brown hair fell onto her face a little. "Well I don't think I should pay for it..." I handed the box back to her and leaned against the door frame. "I understand. Thank you." She turned and I watched as she walked away. I thought for a second, feeling bad for her I spoke- "Wait." She turned her head before stopping. "Bring it here...how much?" I asked opening my door more and looking for my wallet. I walked to the door with a twenty and smiled handing it to her. "Are you sure?" She asked wide eyed. O gave her a reassuring nod and handed her the bill. She looked over my shoulder. "Whoa!" I jumped with her sudden raise of voice. Silence. "...what?" She pointed at my wall in the back that held my mask. Is that Death's?!" I turns my head back "You know of him?" She gave me the 'Are you kidding me' look. "Who doesn't?! Him and his sidekick beat up those criminals and Bristol!" I laughed at her childish act, but mostly at the fact that she called Adam my 'sidekick'.  After a 5 minute long talk she left. I walked to the kitchen, looking at the note she had with her number on it, I popped my neck, running my hand over the brand with my hand as well. I sighed. "Back to work tomorrow..."
