Sehun is the maknae of EXO, meaning the youngest. One of the lead dancers, one of the rappers, part of EXO-K.
Sehun was born in Jungnang-gu, Seoul, South Korean on April 12, 1994. He graduated from the School of Performing Arts Seoul in February 2013. He has a brother three years older than him.
He was first scouted by an SM Entertainment casting agent around 12 years old while he was out having lunch with a few friends. At first he was running away from the agent for 30 minutes and being chased down the streets, he was eventually cast into SM Entertainment in 2008. He went through four auditions in two years.
on January 10, 2012, Sehun was officially introduced as the fifth member of EXO.
on March 14, 2016, Sehun was confirmed to star as the male lead in the Korean-Chinese movie Catman. The film is expected to be released during the first half of 2017.
