From then on I was their daughter.
By now I was about 10 years old when this horrifying thing happened. Well I was walking with my little sister to the park when a short black car pulled up behind us.
I was now called Ether now, but anyway I got scared and told my sister to go home. As the person in the car came out I saw that he looked like a spy or a secret agent. He walked up to me and looked around to see if anyone was there. The rest was kind of a blur but, all at once he pulled out a gun and aimed it at my forehead.
"Are you Ether?" He said
" Y...yes"
I saw he was about to pull the trigger and moved out the way. "Boom" the bullet went beside her and straight through a tree.
Oh so now you decide you shoot! I thought.
He shot one more time but I still dodged it.
By now he shot about 5 times and still missed! I was surprised on how fast I dodged them. Finally he pulled out a knife and I was on her knees. With the knife in one hand and it pointing at me, now I was definitely scared. My little sister went to get my mother. By the time she arrived, I was pulled into the car with my mouth shut.
The reason he didn't kill me was because his boss yelled,
"We need her alive!"
