Your POV
Adrenaline pumped through my system as I prepared myself for the show. The boys were running around the house, cussing and screaming like 5 year olds. They are the reason I don't open the windows. I gazed up and down at myself in the mirror at what I'd chosen. I'd pulled on a simple white tank, with the 5sos trademark of course, and tied it up in the front, creating a knot that showed a little bit of my belly. I matched it up with some black skinny jeans and a pair of black combat boots. Not gonna lie, I basically packed my whole wardrobe. Satisfied, I rechecked my purse and made sure I had the necessities: camera, film, deodorant, and perfume. Chap Stick, wallet, and portable phone charger. I was set. I walked out of my room and turned around to find the boys throwing the small pillows that decorated the couches at each other.
"What the...?" I whispered.
"Oh hey, (y/n)!" Luke shouted from behind the kitchen counter. I looked around the room and saw Michael behind one couch, Ashton behind the other and Calum behind the recliner. I couldn't help but smile.
"About time you got out here!" Ashton giggled, pulling me down behind the couch with him.
"Aww, man! What do you get (y/n) on your side, mate?" Calum whined.
"Yeah!" the other two argued.
"Guys, I'm a person not an item to bargain over!" I laughed, standing to my feet. "You can, however, hold my purse." I threw my purse into Ashton's lap and wandered over to the fridge. Grabbing some Fiji water, I turned around and almost got pelted in the face with a pillow. Luckily, Luke pulled me down before it could hit me.
"Sorry, (y/n)!" Michael called, "I promise that was for Luke!"
"You guys are ridiculous." I laughed, "Besides, we have to go shortly. Just called it a truce and let's go!"
"Make sure the other three have all their weapons down." Luke whispered to me. He handed me his pillows and I walked around the living room, confiscating the other pillows.
"Okay, soldiers, get up let's go." I said, a smirk plastered on my face. The boys bounced up and Ashton giggled some more as they ran out to the bus. I was curious as to what was so funny until I realized he had my purse around his shoulder. I smiled and shook my head. Boys.
**Time Skip to the concert**
I swear, each concert just keeps getting more and more exciting. This time, the boys played at an amusement park near the beach and holy shit it was packed. The guys had, once again, given me a pass to stay backstage for the entire show, but I decided to stay in the crowd so they got me a ticket for a seat in the front row. While the boys were backstage, I couldn't help but worry if they were getting things done okay, considering I was always the one making sure they were fully dressed (you never when they might take their pants off), hydrated and fed well before each concert. I was pulled out of my worry when I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned around and saw a girl with blonde hair and green eyes behind me.
"Hey, you're the girl touring with the guys right?" she asked.
"Yes." I said, nodding my head and smiling. She smiled back at me.
"That's so cool! Say, would you mind if I asked a few questions for a report at school? I'm doing it about, well bands, obviously!"
"I don't mind!" I said.
"WHATS GOIN ON MIAMI?" I heard Michael scream as the boys ran onstage.
"Meet me in the bathrooms afterwards!" she said. I nodded and turned to face the boys. I was on the side Calum stood and he smiled at me. I smiled back and they kicked off the show with, of course, She Looks So Perfect. I held my camera tightly, trying to find the perfect moment to capture Calum, since I didn't have a photo of him quite yet. But that boy was always moving around, giving me no chance to shoot a moment. That is, until Luke and Michael were goofing around on stage, as usual. However, instead of joining in on the fun, Calum stood back and laughed at the two. I took advantage of the moment and seized the shot I'd been wanting. When the photo printed and dried, I stared at it and felt a flutter in my chest. I'd caught him in a perfect moment with his arms by his side and a smile on his face as he laughed. I hid the memory away in my purse and enjoyed every last moment of the rest of the show.
While the boys were signing merchandise, I met up with the girl like she requested by the bathrooms. I stood there by the sinks for a moment, waiting for her to show. She eventually stalked in slowly, two other friends of her behind her. Their arms were crossed and they had tough looks on their faces. Looks I'd seen before. Looks I'd hope to never see again. I felt a lurch in my stomach and knew, she wasn't here for questions.
"How's it goin, brat?" she asked. I backed away from her group.
"W-what?" I choked out.
"You know, the boys really shouldn't carry their trash around the world." She had me cornered. "They should stick with someone classier and less... what's the word? Slutty." She pushed me into the wall. Hard. I glanced over her shoulder and saw a girl with brown hair and brown eyes looking at me with pity and concern. Suddenly, she had an expression of realization and ran out of the bathroom. Great. I was unexpectedly punched in the gut and I hunched over, holding my stomach. The other two girls behind the blonde took the honor in pinning my shoulders down on the wall. I struggled to escape but their force was too strong. The lead girl began to continuously punch me in the face until I couldn't take it and fell to my knees. She kicked the side of my head, sending me crashing down on the floor. Blood puddled around my head as her friend stomped on my temples, earning a cry of pain from my throat. Tears blurred my vision as the girl kicked me in the stomach over and over. Just as I felt the need to give in, the brunette that was here before ran back with 4 all too familiar faces running in behind her.
"There." She said, pointing at me and the trio. The three girls snapped their heads up and smiled in delight when they saw the boys. However, their smiles soon faded when they noticed their expressions of anger- no- fury written across their faces.
"H-hi-"
"They're in here!" Calum yelled behind him, interrupting the blonde. Just then, two large men stomped into the bathrooms, jaws clenched and serious faces. I assumed they were bodyguards here to take the girls away and I couldn't be more right. They practically picked up each girl from the group and carried them outside as they kicked and yelled in protest. The kind brunette helped me to my feet, draping my arm over her shoulder. I found it hard to breath, considering my guts were repeatedly beat to a pulp and my mouth and nose were bloodier than the civil war. However, I made it easy for me and my beaten stomach. Calum ran to me, taking me in his arms bridal style and turning to the boys.
"What do we do?" he asked, a hitch in his breath. Michael stared at him with teary, serious eyes.
"To the bus. We're going to the ER."
