"God, I am running so hard up and down these streets. Where the hell is Andrew!?!" I said.
I'm Jeff Turner, and I'm Andrew's best friend. But right now I don't even know where he is! He sent me a voice mail saying he was going out with Sharon and that was the last I heard from him. It has been a day already and he hasn't been back yet.
I asked Sharon already but she claimed to not know a thing, the same with Natalie too.

*2 days earlier*
I just got home.
"Jeff, mom and dad aren't coming home for Christmas."
"Again? Okay thanks for telling me."
I looked through my missed calls and found 1 from Andrew. Since he wasn't home I listened to it.
"Hey Jeff it's Andrew, I'm going out with Sharon tonight so don't worry about me.
"Hey Jenny, Andrew's going out so you don't have to cook him dinner tonight."
"Okay" She answered.
And that was the last time I heard from Andrew every again.

"Merry Christmas Jeff."
"Hey Jenny, did Andrew ever get home last night?"
"No, why do you ask?"
"Because he's not here."
'Maybe it was late and he stayed over at Sharon's."
"If he did, wouldn't he have called us?"
"He forgot?"
"I'm pretty sure he would have called or at least sent a text."
"Maybe he will come back today."
"Yeah maybe."
"Why did I have this feeling he wasn't going to come back" I thought. If he wasn't I should just ask Sharon.

I tried calling her all day because Andrew didn't come back. She finally picked up, where I asked her to come over, which she said yes too.

"I haven't seen him all day", she told me when she came.
"No, I mean you should know where he is because, you were the last person to have seen him. So where is he? Where's my best friend?"
"I told you already, I don't know where he is."
"You're lying because he would have called me if he was going somewhere else."
"Maybe he doesn't trust anymore."
God, why can't she just tell me already?
"If you know anything at least tell me."
"I don't know, so I have nothing to tell you, bye." And with that she left.

"Why would I know where he is?" Natalie told me when I asked her.
I called her over.
"I don't know you tell me? Think about it, you came back on the week of Christmas Eve and, on that same week Andrew goes missing."
"I don't know where he is and it's just a coincidence."
"Coincidence or not, that was just a lie." Good thing I read that book Andrew left lying around.
"How do you know I'm lying?"
"One your hands were near your ears, saying you don't want to hear this and second I can see that you're sweating, meaning that you're worried about something. So answer this; what are you so worried about?"
"What I'm so worried about is that I'm late for my guitar practice!"
"Oh, sorry, I guess you can go now." And she ran off.
Why can't I find him? I already tried calling him and texting him. All I want to know is where's my best friend?

"So did you find him yet?" Jenny asked when I got home.
"No and I even asked Sharon and Natalie, they don't know. I tried calling him and texting him, that didn't won't work." I answered.
"Then where is he?"
"I don't know but I'm going to look around near the park."

It may be Christmas but stores were still open. I looked all over the place, stores he would go to and the park. But I found this old building near the park and went to look inside because maybe he would be in there or something of his a least.
"Hello Andrew are you in here?" I looked around until I saw shoe prints, and that meant there was someone here but it was recently.
"Andrew." I kept repeating his name over and over again until I couldn't look anywhere anymore.
"Where is he?" I asked myself.
I looked at my watch, it was 11 and decided I would at least look 1 more time. I started running up and down streets.
"God, I'm running hard up and down these streets. Where the hell is Andrew!?!" I said.
When I got home Jenny was still awake.
"Hey Jenny, I got some bad news."
"I got some good."
"You can go first."
"No, you."
"Okay, I couldn't find Andrew."
"It's okay because I got a call from his parents and they said he was going somewhere for a couple of days and to not worry about him."
"Really?"
"Yeah, they told me, Andrew was in a hurry and had to go immediately."
That can't be true, we promised no matter what, we would always call or text each other if we were going anywhere. It's even more suspicious how he didn't tell Sharon, his girlfriend about this.

If no one else will help me find him than I will. I just hope that what I find will still be the Andrew I know.
