Hey guys, so like idream0utl0ud mentioned in the last chapter, three guys in my story have a name with "son" in it, and it's bothering me. So Bryson is now called Bryce, okay? Okay. Ilysm!!!!!
PS: Play the song above while you read. It helped me write the first part of this chapter.

Eva's POV
Despite my extreme happiness over Bryce, I wasn't feeling very well due to period cramps, and decided that I should go home. My mother was on her lunch break, and dropped me off at home.I decided to watch a movie, and picked "The Titanic". I had an obsession.
Jackson and Will got home while I was bawling when the ship was going down (sorry for the spoiler but it's kinda obvious).
"Is she ok?" Jackson asked uncertainly.
"Yeah...she does this all the time. Now we have to suffer "My Heart Will Go On" on a loop, Eva singing along for at least an hour."
"It's a good song!" I defended, sniffling.
"Dude, that chick is hot," stated Jackson, absorbed in the movie.
"No, Rose is fugly," I retorted. "Her makeup is horrible. And what the hell is wrong with her dye job?!?"
"She's jealous because she didn't get to kiss young Leonardo DiCaprio. She has a thing for him," Will explained.
"I do not!" Ok, maybe a little bit. Or a lot. He's fire, can you blame me?!?! No, I didn't think so.
It was then I noticed that Jackson was staring at me oddly.
"Take a picture, it'll last longer," I told him snarkily.
"So what was up with you and Jones?" he blurted.
I swear, I will kill Jackson!!!
Will looked up from his phone and gave me a suspicious look. Shit. "What?!?"
"All he did was ask me to the dance!" I defended.
"He kissed you," pointed out Jackson.
I gave him a death glare. The same glare, in fact, that Will was giving me.
"Evangeline, tell me he's lying."
I bit down on my tongue, weighing my options.
"You kissed that son of a bitch?!?"
"So what if I did?!?"
"He's a player, sis. He doesn't care-"
"What's it to you?!? You were the one that dated Kelly when I told you not to! You were the one that became friends with him!" I pointed at Jackson. "And if you hadn't done that, Beth would still be alive!!!" I felt tears rolling down my face. Jackson looked as though I had slapped him and Will was giving me a stony look. "Screw this!!!" I exclaimed angrily.
I ran up the stairs and slammed my bedroom door. I turned my music up as loud as it could go, hooked it up to the Bluetooth, and screamed into my pillow.
There was a knock on my door. I ignored it. Then the urges came. The urge to throw up. The urge to grab a razor, the urge to cut. The urge to jump out the window, the urge to end it all.
All of the sudden, I heard a crash behind me, and saw Jackson and Will standing guiltily behind me. Wait a second. There was a door there. A motherfucking door!!!! They had removed my bedroom door by the hinges!!! Little bitches. I flipped them off and walked out of the room, but someone grabbed me by the wrist.
"Let me go," I commanded.
"No."
"William, let me go or I swear I will-"
My twin pulled me into a hug and I promptly burst into tears. Will held me tight as I cried.
There was a moment where I actually felt safe, and then the door banged open and slurred curse words could be heard from downstairs.
"Dammit!" my brother muttered under his breath. "Everyone head to my room. Let's just hope he doesn't come upstairs. Eva, is Gen home yet?"
My eyes widened. "No. I'll text her, hopefully she can go home with a friend..."
Jackson was standing there like a dumbass. "Is that...your dad?"
"No, it's Santa," I responded sarcastically, and led the way down the hall to Will's room.
Will and I stopped dead in our tracks, however, when a person scream came from downstairs. Gen.
The next thing I know, Will and I are racing down the stairs. I pulled my sister away from our extremely drunk father.
She was in tears, and there was a bloody gash above her eyebrow. That little fucking bastard.
"What the hell did you do to her?!?" I screamed at my father. "You sick little son of a bitch!!!"
I stood, and Will tried to hold me back, but I shook him off.
"Eva, no. Go upstairs." He had a firm grip on my arm now, but I wasn't finished.
"You go upstairs with Gen, Will. Clean her up, then come back down. I'll handle him. I don't want you to get hurt."
Will looked like he was about to argue, but Gen's injury was bleeding more heavily now. He grudgingly led her up the staircase, muttering threats to our dad.
"What the hell did you do to my sister?" I demanded.
"What's it to you, little slut?" my father asked coldly.
"What did you do to her?!?!" I repeated, with more force.
"All I did was chuck a bottle at her. She'll live, sadly."
I went blind with anger. Storming up to him, I felt my fist connect with his nose. Blood gushed from his right nostril, and I relished the sight.
Suddenly, I felt a stinging in my cheek as my oh-so-lovely dad smacked me. He did it again, and I fell backwards, hitting my head on the edge of the coffee table.
The last thing I saw was Will jumping on my father and Jackson repeatedly saying my name. Then everything went black.
