After explaining to Anicia what happened and how I wound up alone it was very much past midnight. We fell asleep with her cuddled into me and she slept happily. I only slept after being positive she was safe. My sleep took over and kept me until I had forced myself to wake up. It is around ten in the morning now so it was good to wake up. Slowly i open my eyes only to see Anicia is gone. I immediately panic until i see a note on my dresser. The note says: "Elizarius please forgive me but my parents have offered me something I could not refuse and took me home. However this will require me marrying my fathers friends son. I am so sorry. Please do not come after me. I love you." Tears form in my eyes but stop and I just lay back in bed and sleep. All I can think is 'why? Why did this happen? Why can't anyone love me?' I don't wake up after falling asleep and I hope I never do.
Anicia POV:
I woke up to my mom writing something on a piece of paper of some sort and my father glaring at Elizarius. Confused I look at my mom. "Mother what is going on?" I ask. She looks at me smiling, "Oh well dear you are getting married to Luke. Your fathers friends son. So I am leaving your friend a note so she does not worry." "No." I don't hesitate to say, "No no no no. I will NOT marry him. I am staying here. I am staying with Elizarius!" My father then smacks me hard and picks me up by my throat. "You will come with us or I will kill this disgusting creature right here and now in front of you." He growls using his leader voice. I fight back as much as possible only to be knocked out and carried away anyway. 'Eliza I am so sorry...I am weak...please forgive me...please find me...' I say in my thoughts through tears. Once I was "home" I immediately passed out not waking up.
