The sleek black impala engine growled as it pulled up in front of the bar.

"Dean, we don't really have the time.." Sam began

Dean looked over to him and sighed, "Sammy, sometimes you gotta live a little," he pressed the handle of the car door and opened it, "Now is one of those times!" he exclaimed

He grinned and gave his little brother a slap on the back before hopping out of the car. Sam shook his head, but followed him nonetheless. They could do with a proper meal every now and again and as Dean had said, now was one of those times.

The bar was noisy, but less crowded than the two of them had expected. It was mainly packed with bikers and their girlfriends dressed head to toe in leather. Sam couldn't help but slightly wrinkle his nose at the stench of sweat mixed with alcohol as he followed his brother up to the bar.

"Two beers please," Dean nodded to the bartender before turning back to Sam,

"Don't look so mopey," he rolled his eyes, and Sam gave him a look, "C'mon, lighten up!" Dean exclaimed, grabbing the two bottles on the counter and sliding over the crumpled dollar notes from his pocket in return.

He took a long swig before letting a sigh out, "You know," He began, "I think you've been having a bit of a dry patch lately,"

"Dean," Sam rolled his eyes, "I'm fine,"

"I'm just saying!" Dean held up his hands "Maybe you could do with a little compainionship, huh?" He nudged his brother with his elbow as he sat in the nearest booth. Sam just laughed and shook his head but before he could retort, his attention was drawn to some shouts near the pool table a few metres away

"Look, lemmie just try and win it back!" A girl who couldn't have been much older than 18, stumbled slightly, taking another sip from her drink,

"Sorry darlin' you had your shot, maybe you better lay off the beer next time?" He smirked, exchanging looks with some of the other men who were chuckling slightly at the girl's state.

The man began to walk but the girl called after him , "I'll double the stakes!"

He hesitated, watching as the girl pulled out a few more hundred dollar bills. She hit her hand on top of the table, "C'mon buddy boy!" She shouted, turning to walk to the other end of the table but stumbling in the process, steadying herself on the edge of a table.

The brothers exchanged looks before making there way over to the man and girl.

"Hey pal, don't you think you should just leave her be?" Dean stood arms folded,

"Hey hotshot!" The girl slurred, "I can handle myself,"

She hiccupped and almost fell as she did.

"You heard the girl," the man smirked again as he held out a cue for her.

The three men watched as she smiled sweetly as she pretty much fell on the table. Propping herself on her elbow.

Dean shook his head about to intervene but Sam held him back, "Dean wait look."

He stopped and watched as the girl suddenly weighted her feet, one in front of the other and stood up straight, taking her shot to break and potting her first ball.

"Wait-" The man began, but the girl spun round quickly and gave him a wink,

"Lucky shot?" she winked and smiled slyly.

Sam almost let out a laugh but disguised it with a cough as the man glared over at him.

The game lasted 10 minutes, with the girl potting each ball again and again, with the man fuming behind her.
