This story is a sad but true story...

Once... I was walking down the road.. And saw this girl who was crying. It was easy to see she was older than me. Not that much she was 17 and I was 16. Well I figured that out soon enough... I had seen her around before.. But i couldn't put my finger on it.. My name is Jon Griffith and this... this is the story of how I met my first look at true love.

As she sat there my friends kept walking despite the dickhead I was, I was genuinely feeling sad that this beautiful girl was sitting in the park crying all by herself... and it wasn't one of those slight cries it was full on sniffs and true tears pouring out of her eyes as she sat there with a bruise on her eye I asked her if she was ok and she looked at me then looked away quickly.

"I-im fine." She lied obviously as she wiped her eyes and I don't know why but for some reason... I sat down next to her.

" Hey... Did someone hit you?" I asked cautiously not wanting her to walk away.
She shot me a quick glare as her eyes widened.

"Shhhhh!" She quickly spewed.

"Can I trust you? I mean I've seen you before but I don't even know your name." She said to me... As my heart began to sink She grabbed my arm and pulled me away behind tree and she looked at me and she said my name.

"Jon Griffith... Im B-" She was cut off by me.

"B-bailey Heart.... You know my name?" I was shocked.

"Of course I know your name... Your on the lacrosse team. You're pretty good too" I blushed as she said this and for some reason she giggled which made me blush even more.

"T-thank you" I shook my head.

"Wait... Who hit you" I asked but immediately felt bad when tears welled up In her eyes.

"M-my boyfriend." She paused and then continued.

"He got mad at me." She looked over at one of the boys who was standing by the swing talking to his friends. He was Big... Bigger than me at least. At 15 I wasn't very big Maybe 90 lbs and like 5'5 Maybe...

"The tall one?" I asked very angered I never did like the abuse of women.

"Yes" She nodded and then the moment of truth. I started to walk towards him but she grabbed my arm and then she looked at me.

"What're you going to do?" She asked innocently.

"Im just going to talk to him" I lied but she let go of me and I proceeded to walk towards the group of boys... evem though he stood there at 5'11 and arms twice that of mine I walked straight up to him and I looked at him.

"Hey Derrick." I said and his smile faded as he looked down at me.

"What do you want shrimp?" A look of seriousness took his face as cower crept into me

"W-why do you h-have to hit girls?" His look of seriousness quickly faded into anger as he punched me in the stomach knocking the wind out of me.

"Mind your own business freak!" He yelled at my groaning corpse.

"Oww." I managed to slip out as he walked away

"Stupid slut!" He yelled at her
as I picked myself up and ran at him

"Derrick!" I tackled him down and i hit im in the nose twice before his friends pulled me off and started kicking me as I cover myself up and I see Bailey hiding behind the tree.

"Little puke!" Derrick kicked me. Holding his obviously broken nose he started to walk away his friends following as I lay there bruised and bloody Bailey slowly came out from behind the tree and ran over to me.
