Chapter Tewnty-Seven

CAROLINES POV
We got the stage and walked to Noah. "I can't believe you guys kissed"said Noah
"I mean we're just friends it didn't mean anything"said Chandler
"well someone didn't like it"said Hayley looking at Klaus.
"Shit,Care I'm sorry tell him it's my fault"
"Chandler you don't need to apologize I mean it was just a kiss and were best friends Klaus should know that by now"

AFTER THE PROM
I was walking with Chandler to his car
"Hey do you mind if I go see Klaus for a while"
"Yeah that's fine I'll just be waiting in the car"

"Thanks"I said and walked to see Klaus. I walked to his class and he turned around to see me. "I'm sorry for kissing Chandler but his my best friend you know nothing will ever happen between me and him so please don't hate me" he sighed.

I looked down at my shoes "you know the kiss meant nothing to me he's my best friend"
"Are you sure you don't like him? I mean your always all over him"
"He's my best friend and that's how we are I've known him since I was little"
"But your not like that with Noah"
"That's because I'm closer to Chandler"
"But your seem to enjoy all the things you and Chandler do"

"ARE YOU SERIOUS"
"FUCKING HELL CAROLINE you expect me to be fine with you being all over Chandler and then kissing him on stage" I was shocked and felt my eyes getting a little teary "I told you it meant nothing"

"You know I'm kinda over the way you act." I felt a tear rolling down my cheek
"Klaus my sorry"
"I'm sorry but I think it would be better if things ended between us." After he said those words I started crying "no please Klaus"
"Sorry"he said and walked off.

After I finally had the strength to stop crying I walked to Chandlers car and got in.
"Ok so you ready to-"he said but saw I was crying "hey what happened"
"H-he broke up with me"I said crying.
"I'm so sorry it's all my fault I'll go talk to him"he was about to get out the car when I stopped him.
"Chandler isn't bother"
"I just feel so bad"
"Don't worry"I whipped my tears "Great now my mascara is running I look like a mess"
"No you don't"he started driving "Are you still going to the after party"
"Yeah I mean there nothing else to do"
"You ok?"
"Yeah I just feel bad because I should have done that but the thing is I told how close we are"
"But did you tell him why we are so close?"
"No"
"You might need to tell him I mean I was there when you has all those problems and I helped you out with them"
