Chapter Thirty-Nine

THE NEXT MORNING
NO ONES POV
The boys were asleep in the waiting room when the doctor came out of Caroline's room. Klaus here a door close and quickly got up and looked around. Chandler woke up and got up "these chair hurt my ass"

Noah nodded while yawning.
"Okay so we have good news Caroline is awake but she is still very weak and is till looking in week but the bad news is that we have to keep her in here for a couple days until she gets better. But the baby is not doing well"

"Now we can only have one of you and she said she wants to see Chandler"

Klaus sighed and sat back down.
Chandler quickly walked in into Caroline's room.

Caroline saw him and smiled weakly "Chandler"
Chandler hugged her "You have no idea how scared we were"
"Really?"
He nodded and sat on the chair beside her bed.
Caroline looked at him and started to cry. Chandler hugged her again "Hey what wrong"

"The b-baby is dying and I-I found out its Joseph's"
"You know Klaus is outside he wants to see you"
"I can't I don't want to see him after all he has done to me"

"But he really wants to see you"
"I know but I just can't"
"Ok then if you ever need to talk just text me and I'll be here right away ok?"

"Ok thanks"
"No problem"then he walked out and walked over to Klaus.

"What did she say?"
"She doesn't want to see you right  now"
"I knew this was gonna happen"
"Well I'm gonna go see her"said Noah and quickly walked in into Caroline's room.

"Your looking slightly better today"said Noah to Caroline.

"Thanks I guess"said Caroline smiling.
He hugged her tight "I'm so happy your better"
"Thank you Noah"
"I'm sorry to hear about the baby,you know me and Chandler are here for you"

Caroline nodded trying to hold back her tears.
"No no please don't cry"
Then Caroline started to cry.
"I'm so sorry"Noah hugged her and got teary.

THE NEXT DAY
Noah,Chandler,and Hayley were walking to the hospital. "Dude so you like Caroline?"Noah asked Chandler.

"No"
"Do you think she's hot"said Hayley
"Yeah but she's my best friend I'd never do anything to ruin our friendship"

"So you have a crush on her?"asked Hayley

"Maybe a little but like I said I'm not gonna lose my friendship with Caroline and plus it would be weird going out with her"

A WEEK LATER
Caroline is finally getting out of the hospital. Caroline now has lost the baby. Caroline and Klaus haven't talked yet
