When we got to Anne's place last night, Lottie went upstairs and never came back down. Not even for dinner.

I only saw Anne, Gemma and Geoff at the table. Afterwards, Adam and I dismissed ourselves to bed. He was really tired and fell asleep quickly. I on the other hand, only got three hours of sleep.

The thought of Liam and Lottie being a thing once, is shocking to me.

Now, here I sit inside Adam's car, driving to I-Hop. Lottie fixes up the last touches of her makeup as she sits beside me.

It feels so long after I finally enter the parking lot to the restaurant.

"Here we are." I take off my seatbelt.

"I see. Thank God because I'm starving!" Lottie laughs as she gets off of the car.

"Me too." I follow and walk next to her.

A nice gentleman opens the door for us and we step into I-Hop.

"Thank you." Lottie thanks him and a lady at the cash register welcomes us with her thick, British accent.

"Only two?" She adds.

"Yes." Lottie replies. The register lady grabs a hold of two menus and asks us to follow her into the restaurant.

We get seated on a booth, facing each other. A waiter comes asking us for what we'd like to drink, then leaves.

As Lottie looks through her menu, I watch her carefully.

"You're just gonna stare at me this whole time?" She smirks without looking at me.

"I'm sorry. I know it's none of my business....but I can't help but wonder and be so anxious of the situation Lottie." I admit to her. She places the menu down and locks eyes with mine.

"Okay...let me first tell you something." She takes a sip of her chocolate milk when the waiter leaves us our drinks.

"What is it?" I take a sip of my orange juice.

"You can't talk about this with Adam or Louis. They don't know." She seems so serious, it kind of makes me wonder how she can put her trust in me. But then again, I forced her to tell me.

"You got it Lottie." I smile at her sincerely.

"So....when I met Matt, Liam was sent by his dad down to my aunt Anne's place to spend the summer and get to know Harry and Gemma...his half brothers." Lottie pushes her hair back and meets my eyes as she begins.

I nod my head as I wait for her to continue.

"At the time....I had been sent to Anne's place as well because my mom couldn't deal with my rebellious attitude." Lottie looks around her, then back at me.

"Liam was very kind and treated me better than Harry and Gemma, but I understood them since I did have quite the bitchy attitude." She giggles under her breath.

"One night, Harry invited us to a party. I saw Matt at the party and we started talking." She sighs.

"Things started to get serious with Matt....but everywhere I went out with Matt, Liam would always tag along." She continues, taking another sip of her drink.

"Then by the middle of summer...Liam would be mad at the fact that I would go out so much with Matt. He stopped talking to me and would ignore me...one day I asked him what his problem was, and well..he kissed me." Lottie stops as she sees the waiter coming with our plates.

"Thank you." Both Lottie and I answer at the same time.

"After that day, something in me grew for him." She begins again once the waiter leaves.
