CHAPTEAR 9 I THINK!?!?

Y/n P.O.V

Soon enough you heard knocking on the door and were quick to go and unlock it revealing Kellin, Copeland, and Kateylnne all smiling brightly with some bags at hand.

"I'm so glad you could make it!" You smile waving them inside.

"As soon as I heard what happened I made sure we could come out here as soon as possible to see you and make sure you were alright" Kellin says setting down a couple of the bags on the counter and walked over to give you a hug followed by Kateylnne and Copeland, sitting at her side

"Y-y/n?" Copeland asks you quietly you shake your head and smile at her and she soon has you in a big hug and she lightly plays with your hair twisting it around her fingers

"Y/n I have something to ask you and I know it's sudden, but after everything I feel like it should be said" Kellin said taking you by your arm and to get over to the living room

"Kateylnne and I have been talking for a little about this and she agrees a hundred percent and I know I have only met you once and with everything going on right now but I have a question to ask of you. Take your time answering it, its kinda big" he says you nod your head getting anxious for the next words to come out of his mouth

"Y/n, Kateylnne and I want to adopt you. We want to be there for you and I know your 17 still but I feel like I should take care of you, your the daughter that I couldn't call mine" he says speaking slowly picking his words ever so carefully and you were sure quick to react with your arms wrapped around him in a second and you were lightly crying into his shoulder and you looked at him threw tears and said

"Kellin, this is huge. I mean oh god this is amazing. Of course!! Og course I will" You say looking into kellins eyes and let the waterworks flow

You look over at Kateylnne and say "thank you" she looks at you and nods her head.

You run off to find Max and tell him the good news and grabs you and spins you around kissing your nose and smiles and says "I know" and you just smile at the man who has fixed you and put your life back on track with.

"You don't know how much this means to me you guys, I thought I had lost everything and my life was falling apart but it was actually falling into place" you say turning to them your eyes brimming with tears

"Yea we have the forms filled out you just gotta sign them then we take them to court and have the judge sign them" he says handing me a small pile of papers

"Hey cope!" You say to the little girl walking over to you grinning

"I'm gonna be you sister" you say to her and she squeals and runs to Kateylnne and says

"Momma I have a sister!?" And you laughed a little at how cute she was. You were really comfortable with your 'soon to be' family and you and Kateylnne hit it off, you could have sworn if you weren't her daughter you would have been bestfriends, but the day was sadly over, those  7 hours they spent here  could have equaled and eternity and you loved every bit of it, saying your goodbyes and they were gone

"Max, this is so great!" You yell running around the house

"I know princess, it is!" He says

"But now we have some presents to open" he says gesturing to the bags and in a flash you were sitting next to him opening them up the first thing you got was from Katelynne and it was a beautiful purse that was from coach. Max was opening his most of them were for the both of us and some were for just us a couple bags later we were done opening everything and we had a really nice guitar stand two of them actually but nothing to put in them, a Kerrang Magazine subscription for the next 5 months paid off to make the place seem more interesting, Katelynne had bought us some beautiful paintings to hang up nothing to big... Oh wait I was wrong there was something big after all maybe the check they gave us for Three Thousand dollars to get us on our feet and keep us there for a couple months while we both find good jobs

"Max I'm heading into our room, I'm tired" you say giving him a quick kiss on the lips and off to your room but notice something different, there's two big tall boxes laying in the bed, carefully, you picked it up and opened it revealing to beautiful guitars and it dawned on you

'That's why we had the stands' and called out to Max and he came in smiling at what they had brought

"We will thank them in the morning when we head to the court house" he says placing the two in themstands and taking his place in our bed and he patted the spot next to him and kissed you and whispered "I love you, princess" and he was out like a light
