Chapter 30 - Gift Of A Friend

I was finally out of treatment! I got on twitter instantly and tweeted

I'm Back!

I got in the car with mom, dad, Maddie, and Dallas. It was back to work and it feels amazing! I have a interview today and radio station is suppose to call me, I don't really feel like going anywhere I just feel like going to my house, getting in sweat pants and a T-shirt with my hair in a messy bun.

My phone rand and I answered it.

"This is KISS FM and we are on the phone with the lovely Ms. Demi Lovato." He introduces.

I laugh, "Hey, how are you?"

"I'm great. How are you?" He ask.

"A whole lot better."

"So, um, you just go out of treatment, is that correct?" He ask.

"Yes, and I'm glad my family sent me there. I quit my tour with the Jonas Brothers and that same day I punch a close friend of mine. Looking back on it now, um, I realize how mess up I was. I wish I could take back that day."

"Mhmm, so there where some issues you where dealing with and some are rumors and some are true."

"Um, yeah. My issues that I went into treatment are for cutting, self harm, self medicating, and then my eating disorder. Also, while I was in treatment I found out that I am bipolar and i'm like well everybody moody but it's some what more serious in a way." I said as I was looking down the highway. Mom decided to drive all the way home instead of flying.

"Yeah, there is also a rumor about Taylor Swift, You, and Selena."

"Gosh, I hate rumors. There is nothing between Selena, Taylor and I. Selena and I aren't as close as we use to be but she will always have a place in my heart and if she needs me I will be there with no hesitation. Taylor, is beautiful and talented. I look up to her in a way. I guess you can say i'm jealous of her in a respectful way." I explained feeling good to notify this to myself and the world.

"Well, that is all the time we have. Thank you for having the time to talk to us. We are glad to see you happy an healthy."

I smiled, "Thank you and thanks for having me in your show."

Selena and I have been through a lot together that most people wouldn't believe. She's got a new boyfriend and best friend. I got no boyfriend but I will always have the same best friend. Selena taught me never to give up, that who said I can't be what I want to be. If I have a chance for my dream to come true, take it with no hesitation. Selena help me see life in a different view which taught me a lot. I look up to Selena ever since I met her and I still do to this day. My best friend gave me confidence that I need, That is a Gift Of A Friend.
