From one star to another,
we lay our heads to rest.
No idea what's coming.
No clue what lies ahead.
Breaking, Shattering, Everyone is falling down.
The door swings open
from a frightful kick.
Soldiers coming
with hammers at their hips.
Breaking, Shattering, Everyone is falling down.
Dad is yelling
"Stop! Don't do it!"
Mom is sobbing
"Release me from your grip!"
Breaking, Shattering, Everyone is falling down.
Our stuff stolen away
and our dignity gone.
Their hearts are gonna brake.
Parents please stay strong.
Breaking, Shattering, Everyone is falling down.
Underneath the star light,
all that hatred.
Underneath the moon's sight
I vow I won't forget.
Breaking, Shattering, Everyone has left now.
