Khalishia and lance returned to the viliage only to find it destroyed. They searched for there mother till they found her.
"What happened mother?" Khalishia asked looking around
Her mother looked at her neck to find the blue pendant but she couldn't
"Where is your pendant?"
"Uh..it broke when i was fighting"
"Thats how she knew"there mother breathed under her. There mom started packing quickly.
"Mother why are you packing?" Lance asked confused
"You both need to leave now before she returns"
"Before who returns?"khalishia asked confused
"The evil witch returns. She was looking for you, Khalishia" she replied.
"Why was she looking for me?" Khalishia asked. Then the woman stopped packing
"Before you were born there was a prophesy that said that a girl would be born with cold steel blue eyes. The child would kill the evil witch but Alicia wasn't the evil witch then it was her mother Tygayan. Tygayan tried to prevent the prophesy by killing any new born child both male and female she even extended it to killing pregnant women. I was carrying you then but tommy hadn't come out yet. Eight months later i gave birth to you but i still hid you with magic....." while they were still speaking they heard noises. Khalishia looked outside through the window.
"The witches soliders"
"You both need to leave now" there mother said throwing there bag packs at them. "Leave through the back door and take horses. Please be careful" she said
"What about you mother" Khalishia asked
"Don't worry about me, Lance take good care of your sister" said watching them leave. As soon as they left, a solider entered the house and held the mother by the neck
"Where is she?"
"You will never find her" then he put his sword through her and let her drop to the ground dead.
"Wrong answer"
