Party Life

I am not the type to have a party life

Kids see me and think 

"She is probably busy this Saturday studying or something"

I never was invited

Like I said I am not the type to have a party life

They say 

"Maybe she just doesn't like parties, she is probably boring"

Once again I am not about that party life.

I wasn't always this way though

And this is something none of them know

I use to have fun every single day

But one specific night I will never forget but always remember 

I went out to a party like usual 

But my parents didn't know 

They thought I was at a friends house studying

Eventually they found out about the party 

So they came to pick me up and I was angry

My parents were yelling at me on the way home 

My mom took her eyes off the road for one second to look at me at the back seat 

And BOOM! 

Instant car crash

Now I live day by day wishing I was studying that night 

I study now because she would have wanted that 

I stay away from parties because He would have wanted that

See like I said before I am not about that party life 

They just thought it was for a different reason.
