Humanity confuses me about a lot of things like why we discriminate against people for the colour of their skin or the religion they practise or for liking the same sex and i've witnessed it in person, so i do know that it exists in this messed up world.
The only reason you should feel hatred towards someone has nothing to do with their religion or their skin or who they love but rather on the way treat you as an individual.
We are moving away from some of that but we're not quite there yet.
We watch the news and there's a new tragic story to be told.
We give sympathy but we've yet to find a permanent solution to the problems.
But we're trying, aren't we?
We're slowly starting to come together, aren't we?
The thing that confuses me about about humans, is why has it has it taken this long to start? Why didn't we begin sooner? What was stopping us?
At least I can say i'm apart of the generation that makes it all okay.
Well, I hope I am.
Who knows, maybe we'll be the generation that destroys it all.
