"Hey, by the way. What's your power?" Blue asked me still staring at the night sky. I have her a confused face. "You know like how ladybug has her lucky charm" she added.

"Oh, I have catalysm"'I replied.

"What's that?"she asked titling her head to the side and finally making eye contact. I got up and went to a big branch that was on the floor.

"Catalysm!" I yelled. I broke the branch and she was clapping.

"Amazing!" She said standing up, still clapping.

"What's your birdie" I said, not realizing that I gave her a nick name. She went to a tree and yelled "piercing feathers!"  She put her hand inside the tree and slid her arm to the left causing the tree to be cut.

Blue and I were talking for a little bit more on our superhero crushes, she told me how she fell in love with that pawful dog and I told her how I fell in love with my wonderful lady.

Beep beep

Our miraculous beeped and we separated. When I got home I quickly look at my phone seeing that I got a text from Chloe. I rolled my eyes and see the message.

Chloe
Hey my sweet, daddy said that the party is going to be a masquerade party, so don't forget your mask ;* see you tomorrow.

Holy damn I almost forgot about the party. I said to myself in a low whisper. I soon fell asleep and the thought of ladybug and jack Russell being together made my stomach ache, not to mention that I couldn't see my princess.

Marinette's POV

when I got to school I see Chloe surrounded by everyone. "What's going on?" I asked Alya.

"Chloe is having a big masquerade party. She's inviting everyone, even the new kids. And it's tonight" she said.

"Kids?" I asked. We only have one new girl.

"yea there was this new boy that transferred here. But since you weren't paying attention to me and left so quickly I couldn't tell you" she explained. "Speaking about the devil, here he comes - be cool" she added.

"Are you coming to the party?" I heard a familiar voice behind me. I turn around and it was the same boy that took my spot for the photo-shooting. I gave a confused look on why he needed to know that. "Uh, are you taking to me?" I asked, pointing at myself. He laughed. "Yea I'm talking to you, it looks like your not that interested in it" he chuckled.

"Oh, I- don't think I am, I don't like Chloe's parties" I answered.

"Girl your not going?!" Alya practically yelled in my face shaking my body. "You have to go, plus you don't even need to buy a dress you can just use your design and I'll get the mask"

"Well I guess" I said shrugging. "Cool" he said "see you there" he winked at me then left. Wait a second I know that wink. My eyes followed him as he left. I didn't even realize that Adrian was talking to Alya about the party.

"Hey marinette, are you alright" Adrian asked and put his hand on my shoulder. I shook my head and I could feel my face blush up. "I-I- um..okay" I said waving my hands around. She smiled and walked away.

"He-he touched me" I said holding the shoulder he touched.

"Yea, shocker" Alya said sarcastically. We walked to our first class and that's when I notice that the new kid was very friendly with Jilu. I felt my heart beat faster than normally. Why is my heart beating like that, is not like I like him, I don't even know him, plus I'm in love with Adrian.
