"Blake-san! She's still asleep."

"I can tell, Jane-san."

"You have magic too, right? Can't you heal her?"

"My magic doesn't let me heal people. I'm sorry Jane."

"Amber-san, please, wake up!"

"Jane-"

"No! I refuse to accept that she might not wake!"

"Jane-"

"No! Amber-san, wake up! Wake up!"

"Jane!" I screamed, jerking from my slumber. I panted slightly, vaguely noticing the sweat that was dripping off my skin.

"You're awake............" A man's voice startled me.

"Ah!" I yelled, clutching my chest. That dude about gave me a heart attack! All of the events from yesterday (or was it today?) came flooding back. I frantically looked around the dark cell as I reached for my keys.

They weren't there. And neither was my whip.

"I took it upon myself to rid you of those awful weapons. Guess what! You're the last girl we have to get until we can leave this dump! I thought you might've been an intelligent girl when you walked toward the shop I borrowed. But, no. You're just like the rest of them, stupid and just a pretty face." I gasped.

"You mean this is a slave trade?!" His face snarled up into a smile.

"Yes. Perhaps there's hope for you." I rolled my eyes. I was about to come up with a smartass remark when I felt a stinging sensation on my cheek.

"Ugh............" He grabbed my cheek and forced me to look at him.

"Rule number one, don't you dare roll your eyes at anyone. You will learn to obey orders and keep your mouth shut, or you die." I inwardly whimpered, but I didn't let it show. I wasn't going down like the others. I would go down and bring hell to those who did this to me.

'Cookie, please, hurry..........'

Third Person Point of View

Cookie's tiny heart was beating so hard. Terror was still coursing through his body. This would be something that would scar the poor thing for life. The panic in Amber's eyes; how scared she was showed even though she's normally so calm and collected. He raced to the guild. He knew exactly what he needed to do. He and Amber went over the escape plans, precautions, over and over again to ensure her safety.

"One can never be too careful when messing with shady and creepy shops," she would say. He always thought that she was being too cautious, but now he knew exactly what she had been talking about.

When they arrived in Magnolia one year ago, they decided that if Amber was captured, Cookie would rush to Fairy Tail, a guild full of wizards, and get help. Even though Amber was indeed a wizard too, her power couldn't have helped her in this situation as she could not summon her spirits. Amber's magic requires her to have her Celestial Spirit Gate Keys, a form of magic called Holder Magic. Unlike Caster Magic, where the wizard expels magic directly from their bodies, Holder Magic requires a mage to use items for their magic. In Amber's case, the Celestial Spirit Gate Keys. She is what people call a Celestial Spirit Mage, meaning she calls forth the Celestial Spirits to her aid. Just thinking about all of this made Cookie lightly cringe.

He didn't want Amber to get hurt. She had been there for him his whole life. Literally. She found him when he wasn't even born. So he did what he was supposed to do without hesitating. He burst through Fairy Tail's front door.

"Please! I need help, my friend was taken!" Everyone in the guild went silent and looked at Cookie. The only sound was Cookie's heavy breathing and the wind rustling the open door as everyone stared at the black and white talking cat that had wings.
