You were shocked, humiliated, and hurt. Your so called 'friends' told the whole school who you like. Even your crush. It was so hard to avoid her though. Every time you saw her, you were drawn to her with curiosity and affection.

But you had to.

You had to avoid her.

You did not want your friendship with Luna Lovegood to be thrown away. You two were too close.

The only true friends you had, other than Luna, were Ginny, Neville, Hermione, Harry, and Ron. They all swore to you, anytime they spotted you hiding, that they wouldn't tell Luna.

Luna was getting a little bit worried though. She had the same feelings towards you, but due to your avoiding, she couldn't tell you. She couldn't express how she felt.

Finally, Ginny got tired of seeing how hurt you and Luna were. She told Luna where you were. Though it came off as a surprise when you saw her, you still had a bit of excitement held in you, as you waited to hug her. Soon though, you remembered how your old friends laughed at you.

You tried to make a run for it, but Harry and Ron stood in front of you. "Honestly now, (y/n), isn't it time to talk about what happened?" Hermione walked beside Ginny and Neville. You sighed. "Fine," you looked at Luna tearfully. She had a few tears herself.

As soon as you two made eye contact, you surged towards eachother, kissing each other's soft lips. "You taste like pudding." Luna said through the kiss. "As do you." You replied, pulling apart. Your friends were gone, probably giving your two space. You entertained your fingers and you walked away happily.
