"Fat-bashing in all varied forms-criticism, exclusion, shaming, fat talk, self-deprecation, jokes, gossip, bullying is one of the last acceptable forms of prejudice. From a very young age, before they can walk away or defend themselves, women are taught that they are how they look, not what they do or what they know." - Robyn Silverman
Travis
Cal's behind her and was about to get squished. I hurried to their side but I was too late when I got there.
"Help." Cal said with his eyes bulging out his sockets.
"Wait dude. I'll try to lift her." I said holding the girls arm.
"Ugh." I grunted lifting the girl up but she's way too heavy.
"Man, make it faster. I think in any minute now my bones will snap."
"Did I told you that I think I found Finn and the others?" I asked Cal while still struggling to lift the girl.
"Shoot, man. I can't lift her by myself." I said plopping myself down to the ground.
"Use a pulley or something dude. I can't stay like this forever." Cal said breathlessly.
"I think I should go and find the others to tell them what happened so that they can help me lift her up." I said standing up and wiping the dirt off my jeans.
"No. Don't leave me Travis." Cal said in his most girly voice.
"Shut up don't be such a wuss. I'm going to get the others, stay here." I told him.
"As if I have a choice." He said rolling his eyes.
I sprinted my way to where I went earlier and arrived at the lake. The smoke was still visible; I followed it and as I got closer heard a familiar voice.
"I wonder where's my spare tranquilizer?" Finn wondered.
"Guys." I said catching my breath.
"Thank God, at last we found you guys." Darren said.
"Correction I found you." I said smiling but still catching my breath.
"So what's up man? Where's Cal?" Finn asked while still finding his tranquilizer inside of his bag.
"Something's up guys." I told them.
"That's why I asked what's up? What is it?" Finn asked with a hint of sarcasm in his voice.
I smacked his head and said" Calvin's down."
"You said something's up and then you said Calvin's down. What the hell, man? You're confusing us." Finn said suppressing a laugh.
Before I could talk back Aaron butted in, " Don't talk to that pickle minded jerk. What happened?"
"Come on, follow me." I said and all of them followed and brought their camping bags.
"It's Darren's fault. If he wasn't checking out that slut—I mean sloth. And following it we shouldn't gone lost." Finn said laughing at his own joke while we're making our way to Calvin.
So let me introduce you to Finn Adams, the most cheerful and joker one in our group. He's very random he just sings songs, randomly slaps a girl's ass, jumps up and down with no apparent reason, and talks to himself whenever he's not talking to us.
And when I looked at Finn, Darren was giving him a headlock.
"It's not my fault I taught it was a beaver you dumpling shit." Darren said defensively.
