I was In my quarters reading a book called "Common Sense" for which Angelica said it was a good book, when Angelica came darting in with 3 papers with words that I could not read from my point of view. She was running so fast, I thought she would stumble over. But surprisingly, she made it toward me with out falling.

"Guess what we get to go in 4 days? Guess Guess Guess!"she started my jumping like crazy and making a lot of noise causing a few maids come in and ask if every is alright which we both reply "Yes".

"Please Angelica, stop jumping and tell me what it is." I ask starting to get a bit annoyed to keep telling the maids yes that everything is ok.
"Ok, so there is this big grand Winter Ball to honor the the brave souls fighting in Revelation, and some are even coming." And started a fit of giggles and sat next to me on my love seat.

"Really, that's outstanding, I can't believe that some get to come. They are very brave rebels." I said starting to read my book again thinking if the ball will be fun unlike the other ones I've been to.

"That's all that you care about, even though it is really outstanding, but not if you will meet someone or if you will look nice- wait you, me and Peggy need the best dresses to the best at dazzling the crowd." She started swaying in her dress as if she is a princess.

"You go and do what you want, me and Peggy are going to be wearing our regular ball dresses, you know that we don't like attention?" I didn't want to be mean, but Peggy and I don't really like to be the center of attention, but Angelica lives for some center attention, especially during Balls.

Angelica stopped swaying and looked at me with hurt in her chocolate eyes. I suddenly felt like a real jerk to talk to her like that. I got up and gave her the most apologetic hug that I've ever given her.

"I'm sorry Angie, I didn't mean to be so rude to you. Can you ever forgive me?"

"Of course, I could never be mad at you forever. You know that I will always forgive you. Unless you take my stuff, then your dead to me." We laughed at her joke and hugged one more time.

"Thank you Angelica, I promise that me, Peggy, and you will be matching the next time there will be a grand ball, ok?"

"Ok, I will see you later. Oh, I just can't wait for the Ball, it's going to be the best ever."

We talked a little bit more then we said are farewells and she left to go to her quarters for bed. I read my book for a good couple of minutes then got ready for bed.

The next couple of days were the same except that Angelica keeps asking which dress is the best every 5 minutes, which is starting to get annoying, but I just push it aside and tell her my choice. Peggy and me both decided on simple dresses with the same color of each of our dresses with matching corsets and shoes. Peggy chose a light sunflower color with lace around the edge of her bosom, and the lace also wraps around the edge of her sleeve. Her dress has at least 3 buttons on each side of her dress.

I choose a light blue/turquoise gown with light white lace around the end of the dress on the bottom of the edges and around the bosom too and a couple of buttons down the middle of the front of the dress, stopping at the waist letting a dark blue ribbon wrap around the waist.

And finally Angelica, chose a dinner dress that was a light red mixed with a dark pink with a lot of buttons on the waist and the trim of the bottom. The top had a low cut down the bosom, but fabric covers her breast with the softest white fabric that I've ever felt. She had 2 of the same kind, but one with buttons and one with dark trim. But of course she chose the one with buttons, for she dose already have a fiance'. And the one with dark trim would look to risque'.
