Butler! Lindo x Mistress! Tsundere! Reader: Denial

"Milady, your tea," your head butler enters your study with a tray of freshly brewed tea. He places aromatic cup in front of you, the scent helping you destress.

You sip your tea, the flavors tickling your taste buds. You resume the work before you; being the heir to the (L/N) household wasn't easy. A certain red-headed butler silently coughed and caught your attention. You glanced at Lindo, and turned back to your task.

"Yes, Mr. Tachibana?" you asked formally.

"Will you be working late again tonight?" he pours you more tea. "You know, it isn't good for your health. It worried me, Milady."

You almost spit out your tea. Why would he worry? Oh, right. He's your butler. It's natural. You blushed from your embarrassment of overreacting. "I-I'll be fine. There's no need to worry. Not like you truly do anyways."

"Shall I assist you and bring you some refreshments?"

You tried to hide your even redder blush, looking the opposite direction. You avoided making eye contact with the redhead, your lower lip sliding out into a pout. "Sure. But it's not like I care or anything."

Lindo made his way to the door, turning back at you. "Milady, you can't just be honest, can you?"

You continued to write in your notebook. The documents that were at your bedside were just piling up and up. It was hard to find times like these where you could have some free time. A knock came from your door, and you permitted them to enter.

Lindo stood with some tea and cookies placing it by your bedside. "Milady."

He sat beside you, waiting for a response. You silently continued writing. Time passed just like that, and inside your heart was pounding.

The bell tolled midnight, and Lindo smirked. "It looks like my shift is over," he smirked. He loosened his tie and pinned you to the bed. You contained your excitement. The true feelings of your lover were just to come. "It's not easy having to hold back all day, (F/N). I want all of you tonight."

He met his lips with yours, hungrily devouring them. You craved his delightful kisses, wanting to drown in them. His tongue asked for permission to enter past your lips, but you denied. However as the night continued and the passion grew even stronger, you allowed him to enter, letting him explore your mouth. Your body was lit with passion.

He slowly unbuttoned the top button of your blouse. With the single button, he was able to claim the flesh of your neck as his. You moaned a bit, trying to hold in your happiness.

The night continued in a more mellow matter. The two of you lie side by side in the sheets, Lindo's arm around your waist.

You reminisce about how this all happened. Lindo had been hired by your father to tend to the house. At first, he got on your nerves. He was such a perfect butler, yet you were jealous because you wanted to become that perfection for the head of the (L/N) family. As the months and years passed by, that jealousy transformed into love. It must have been the same for Lindo, since he entered your room one night and confessed his love to you. He was very timid, since he knew the forbidden love that was to come of his confession. Yet, the two of you made it work, even sometimes going out on dates.

"(F/N)?" Lindo's timid voice called out to you. You rolled your eyes. After all that intensity he reverts to being shy. You giggle to yourself.

"Yes, Lindo?" you ask in a cold tone. You felt bad that you could never be straightforward with Lindo. You were always taught to act the same towards everyone. You were harsh to most people, that's most likely why no one really enjoyed your company. But Lindo was the only one to see through your act. And you loved him for it.

"I love you."

He turned you around to see his smiling face. You looked away to hide your blush. "Sh-Shut up!"

He chuckled at your reaction, and embraced you closer. He hugged your waist gently, closing the space between you. "There's no need to deny it, (F/N). I really do love you. And I'll say it however many times you need me to."

He turned you around for one more time before getting up. He sweetly kissed you on the forehead, making your body warm up. "Good Night, (F/N)."

You watched him walk to the door, and you blushed once more. "Lindo!" you called out before he left.

He stopped midway at the door. "Yes?"

You covered half of your face with the covers, trying to unsuccessfully muffle your next words. "D-Don't take it the wrong way or anything... B-But. I-I love y-you."

He smiled. "I told you, I'll say it however many times you want me to," he opened the door. "I love you, too, for as long as time itself."
