MikaYu Love Story

~Chapter 4~

René and Lacus had returned back to the pack to tell Ferid Mika's decision. Ferid was busy forming his plans to take over the forest and soon destroy the village outside of the forest. René approached Ferid and bowed his head. Ferid stopped what he was doing and turned his direction towards René. "So, what news do you bring me about darling Mikaela?" René was hesitant before he spoke."...Mikaela..has declined joining back with the pack..he won't help take over the  forest nor destroy the human village.." Ferid arched a brow and chuckled at the news."Is that so? I'm not surprised that he'd decline taking over the forest but why not destroy the village? Do you know René? " René nodded."...He is infatuated with a human.." Ferid smirked."Oh my now that is interesting. Such a thing never happens between a wolf and a human." Lacus and René could see Ferid was very amused and had devious plans running through his mind."I'll have to meet this human personally. Perhaps using the human will persuade Mika. Besides I don't want Krul to take him away from me."

Meanwhile in Yu's small home he was asleep in bed as Mika was awake and sitting beside Yu in his human form. He was starting to get used to being in his human form the more he stayed in that form. Mika admired his sleeping face and how his lips were slightly parted. He brushed his black hair to see his face clearly and then traced his fingers gently against his cheek."..." Mika then looked at Yu's right arm and stared at the scratches and cuts on his skin. Mika leaned down to Yu's arm and gently placed his lips on his skin and nuzzled his head against his arm. Yu felt Mika and opened his eyes slightly."Mm..Mika?" He asked groggily. Yu's eyes widened a bit and blushed seeing Mika lick his arm and nuzzle it."M-Mika?.." Mika looked up at Yu and was silent. Yu could see Mika's emotions in his eyes. They were filled with sorrow. Mika sat up and was close to  Yu's face. Yu blushed more."Yu-chan..I don't want to see you like this anymore..I don't want you to hurt anymore.." Yu was silent and bit his bottom lip lightly before he answered."...It's difficult to stop..I've been doing this for awhile now to myself.." Mika looked into Yu's eyes."I'll help you stop. No matter how long it takes." Yu could see Mika was determined. Yu smiled a little."Okay..I'll try..try my best to stop.."

Mika smiled sweetly at him with a little nod. A sudden knock was heard and Mika was instantly on edge when he sensed someone else on the other side of the broken door that Yu and Mika had to fix earlier. Yu stood up from the bed."Who's there?" Yu questioned."Someone you can trust." Yu looked at Mika."...the person on the other side of this door is a wolf.." Mika spoke as he glared at the door. Yu was unsure of opening the door."How do we know we can trust you?" Yu asked. It was silent for a moment."..Mikaela..I've come here to meet you." Mika stayed silent and Yu was taken off guard."...Who are you and how do you know my name?" Mika asked."let me in and I'll tell you." The voice said. Yu and Mika were very hesitant until they finally let the person inside. It was a small girl with long pink hair and wore a violet cape and a red dress as well as boots and mittens."Hello Mikaela..we finally meet at long last." Mika was taken aback."..what...do you mean by that? " He asked. She smiled sadly and spoke."I'm your mother Mikaela.." The room was silent now as Mika had to register what he had just heard before he could speak. Mika had a look of utter disbelief."It's true..I am your mother.." Krul reassured."There's no way!..I was told that you were killed by hunters!" Mika yelled in anger and frustration. Yu stood there awkwardly as he watched the two engage in conversation.

"The one who told you that was lying. I've been trying to track you down for a long time..but that bastard..Ferid Bathory kept changing locations and keeping you away from me..." Krul furrowed her brows. Mika was so very confused."...This is so frustrating.. If your my mother then is Ferid my father?.." Krul paused for a moment."...hmph..no and I'm sure glad he isn't. Ferid was the one who killed your father and took over the pack..then he took you away from me after you were born.." Mika was shocked now at all this new information. Krul approached Mika."Mikaela..I've come here because I want to protect you..and I..want to know who you are..I want you to know who I am.." Mika looked into her eyes. He sniffed her scent and blinked in surprise. She smelled familiar and she made him feel relaxed and safe. Krul turned her attention towards Yu."Also..who is this human? A friend?" Yu nodded in response to her question but didn't know what to say."Yes, his name is Yuichiro." Mika answered. Krul arched a brow."Oh? Is that so?" She smiled and noticed the light blushing the two boys were doing. She then put on a serious expression. "Mikaela..Ferid is going to destroy this village and try to take you away from me again. We need to leave this forest and find a new home to live in..far away from Ferid and the pack." Mika was silent."I can't leave Yu-chan here.." Mika spoke immediately."He can leave this place with his family." Krul said. Yu's expression saddened."......I don't have a family.." Yu said in a monotoned voice. Krul and Mika were both silent for a few moments.

"I'll be your family Yu-chan." Mika said as he looked at Yu. Yu felt warm and happy to hear that and smiled."I'd like that, Mika." Krul watched the two interact, her interest was peaked by their relationship. She could see very clearly that they were more than just friends, she saw how much they cared for one another."Yuichiro." She spoke softly and Yu looked at her."Y-Yes?" Yu replied. "Come live with us. Be apart of our family. I'd like to get to know you more." Yu's  heart beats a little fast. He was happy and overwhelmed."I.." Yu looked at Mika and blushed."I'll go." Krul smiled." We'll all leave tomorrow morning. Let's all get some rest." She said. Mika and Yu nodded. Yu let Krul and Mika use his bed. As the night went on Yu stayed awake. Yu made sure he had a bag with all of his necessities and some things he wanted."...I have to see mother..one last time.." Yu whispered as he walked to the door. He opened it and felt the cool air. It felt refreshing as he walked out into the snow as he closed the door behind him. He walked along the path to his mother's grave in silence. After a little bit he arrived and looked down at the stone and the Christmas flowers that laid on the snow. He kneeled down and wrapped his hand around the amulet he wore."This will be the last time I talk to you..the last time I visit you.. And the last time I see this village.." Yu smiled."I'm honestly happy to leave with Mika and his mother..I guess I'll see what the future holds as I live my life with them." Yu sighed as he placed his other hand on the stone."Goodbye..I love you. "

"Hello ~ aren't you the human who made Mikaela fall head over heels for you?~" a teasing voice spoke from behind Yu. Yu tensed up and stood quickly on his feet as he turned to look at who's voice that belonged to. A wolf, a wolf with silver fur stood before him with red eyes. Yu didn't answer his question and instead asked him."Who are you?..what do you want?" The wolf smirked."I wanted to meet you, I also want to bring Mikaela back to the pack and I feel the only way to do that is to take you with me." Yu was scared and didn't know what to do, he couldn't run a wolf was to fast so it'd be futile."Don't resist or I'll have to bite you...hard.." The wolf walked towards Yu and Yu was feeling sick to his stomach and panicking. Yu's eyes darted everywhere for a weapon. He spotted a stick and without second thoughts he took it and held it defensively. "Stay back!!" Yu screamed. The wolf smirked and continued to walk forward."I'm afraid I can't do that little boy." The wolf tackled Yu to the ground and had him pinned. Yu could clearly see his sharp teeth and his sinister eyes as well as feel the tips of his claws on his shoulders."If you scream I'll rip out your throat and hang up your body on a tree branch for dear Mikaela to see~ do you understand?" Yu didn't make a single movement. Tears poured down his cheeks.

"FERID!!!!" Yu and Ferid looked at the perosn who screamed. It all happened so fast as Ferid was shoved off of Yu. Yu sat up seeing a platinum furred wolf pinning down the silver haired wolf. Ferid smirked."Hello Mikaela darling ~" Mika growled ferociously. "Shut up!! How dare you! How dare you try to harm him!! I'll kill you so you can't take anyone else precious to me!!" Mika and Ferid fought as they let out vicious snarls and barked as they let out there killer instincts. Yu was so afraid so scared so very terrified of this fight. Most of all Yu was terrified to lose Mika and to see him bloodied."MIKA!!" Yu screamed with all he had. Hearing Yu call out his name made him want to fight harder and protect him with all his being. Krul hurriedly ran over to the scene. Her eyes widened."MIKAELA!!" She screamed frantically."I hear barking!" Voices could be heard from the village. Hunters were heading their way. Mika and Ferid didn't bother listening, they were to enveloped in the fight of life and death."MIKA STOP WE HAVE TO RUN NOW!!!" Krul yelled. Mika and Ferid calmed down after that and could finally hear the hunters of the village heading their way."...It seems we'll have to pick up on this another time Mikaela. Goodbye for now." Ferid said as he ran back into the forbidden forest. Yu quickly ran over to Mika."Mika lets go we have to hide before the hunters catch you!" Mika nodded as did Krul and ran inside the forbidden forest as well to hide from the hunters who scouted out to kill wolves.
