Under the old oak tree

Under an old oak tree There she sits,
Oblivious to the world as she is stuck in her own,
Listening to her type of music to drown out unwanted pandemonium,
Reading a book about two people on a quest to save mankind,
Wishing she was one of them,
Away from this place full of its crude nasty people,
Tricky politics and middle men out for money,
Away from stress of things,
Away in a world where anything can happen,
She can be who she wants to be,
Not cooped up by society's opinion,
Watching with A Non-egalitarian Gaze,
Waiting for her to mess up,
To tease and mess with her,
A world where she can be herself.
