Astrix P.O.V

I opened my eyes and I suddenly I was back in Courtney's RAT A TAT warehouse. How did I get back here? The last thing that I remembered was running away from Patrick, alongside Pete in the desert. And now I was here. And my clothes had all turned white. How strange.

I still knew what had to be stopped. Courtney was going to release an unstoppable force, worse than anything that she and her friends had ever known, that would destroy anything in its path. I looked around to see if anyone had spotted me. I don't think I was spotted. Quickly, but quietly, I crept around, trying to get a glimpse of what was going on.

The minions of Courtney were still destroying instruments. Some of them had even tied up and blindfolded some men. They urgently needed help. I was creeping past a room with an ajar door, when I unfortunately steeped on a creaking floorboard. The person inside the room, quickly arose from her seat and came to the door.

"Who is tha..." she began

I reacted naturally and blasted out an electric shock. Except in this instance, a white light came out of my fingertips. I watched in confusion as it hit her, letting her body glow and reveal her skeleton, before falling to her knees. I had never done that before. Shoot, I've killed her. I tried to slowly edge away from her, a tsunami of guilt overwhelming me, when she got off the ground, a confused look spread across her face.

"Where on Earth am I?" she asked

"It's kind of hard to explain," I began, holding out a hand, "Astrix."

She shook it in response, "Clarisse."

I was studying her face before questioning, "Nice to meet you Clarisse, random question, what do think of music?"

She looked at me shocked and affronted, "What kind of question is that?!?!?!? I LOVE music. I sing, I write, I even play an acoustic guitar."

"So you don't hate it?" I clarified further

"Hate it? You must be out of your mind!" She joked

I sighed in relief. Whatever I was doing with my powers, it wasn't killing or even knocking out members of Courtney's group, it was returning them to their normal selves. No sooner had I encountered Clarisse, had a bright light appeared and from it emerged the members of Fall Out Boy.

Like me, they were all wearing white, playing their instruments and yelling simultaneously "OH NO, WE WON'T GO!!!" Patrick was smiling at me. Returned the smirk.

"Is that..." Clarisse began

"Yes, it is." I finished

Even when they were playing, white lights came flowing out of their instruments, hitting and affecting members in the same wat that I had done with Clarisse. I joined in aiming at anyone destroying instruments. I think that we also managed to hit Courtney, as she pulled down the banner her, which had the no music logo upon it.

They all started joining in with singing and dancing. I was wonderful. I just wish that's where the story would end. The evil force I had mentioned earlier had now come to life. The warehouse was soon flooded with people in masks, running in a hurry from a hidden room. That's when we saw it.

Emerging in its fullest form, was a figure in a black hooded robe, old doctor's bird mask, and scythes in both hands. It wasn't long before the creature began to slice. It must be stopped. The band advanced towards it, just behind me. Blood was flying up, staining our faces and clothes bright red. As the creature lunged at us, I blasted it with my electricity and it exploded into a thousand red sparks.

"Well, that was tedious." I sighed heavily.

"No kidding." Patrick replied.

I looked around the room. Many of the girls were trying to take in what just occurred. Many were exiting, leaving in groups, getting away from this scene. And over in the corner, Courtney was kneeling over the body of one of the fallen, tears freely flowing down her face.

"It's my fault," she whispered, "It's all my fault."

I walked over to her, before speaking softly, "No Courtney. Lane was the one who drugged you, and in turn controlled you and everyone else."

She looked up at me. "The best you can do for these people, is make sure that they get a decent burial." I finished

"I will." She murmured before getting up, "Gosh, I hope that Clarisse didn't send that email."

"What email?" I questioned.

"After the whole rigmarole that occurred in the desert, Clarisse took a picture of you, Patrick and Pete when you were dead..." she started

"Wait, we were dead?!?!?!?!?!?!" the band and I practically chorused

"You certainly looked dead. Apparently not." She chuckled lightly, "Anyway, Clarisse took a picture of you, and emailed it to Lane, possible to use as blackmail or leverage."

I stood back shocked, "So my team might think that I'm dead if Lane them the photo!"

She nodded solemnly. Quick as a whippet, I ran up to the room I found Clarisse in earlier. In the computer, there was a USB plugged in, uploading airwave files. I promptly pulled it out and electrified it, before stamping on it. I peered through the opened tabs and sure enough, a picture of Pete, Patrick and I, lying on the ground, wounds blooming on our bodies.

As you would imagine, it is pretty surreal looking at a photo of your own dead body. But that wasn't the issue. How do I alert the team, to tell them that I'm alive? Think Astrix, think. As I was racking my brain for a solution, I glanced down at the watch that Ethan had given me. I remember him saying something about it doing transmissions. I pushed the button on the side of it, the screen lifted up revealing a smaller screen, camera and smaller buttons. I hit record and began to film.

Ethan P.O.V

We loaded Lane it the back of the truck. The others had garnered police outfits and were all ready to go. I was bidding goodbye to Ilsa. She was free now, out of Lane's and Atlee's grasps. I had a brief conversation with her before hugging her and saying goodbye to her. I hoped that wouldn't be the last of her. I was about to get into the truck, heavy hearted, when I felt my phone buzz. I pulled it out and unlocked the screen.

Who would be messaging me at this time of night? I opened up the message and it was in video form, so I pressed play. I was instantaneously shock as I realised the all too familiar voice. "Hi Ethan. The last you probably heard or saw of me, most likely convinced you that I was gone. Well I am alive and well and managed to prevent whatever evil events were going to unfurl. Mission Accomplished!" The recording finished. I couldn't believe my eyes. I ran to the others, yelling "LOOK AT THIS, LOOK AT THIS!!!!!!!!"

"What is it Ethan?" Brant asked almost sceptically.

"She isn't dead." I beamed, "Astrix is alive."
