Dear Journal,
I am having another "depression session." I don't know what triggered it (as with all the others), but I'm trying to figure out what it is. Sometimes they get so bad that I just want to crawl in a hole and die. I'm not going to do that. Doing that will just give the devil what he wants. I've got to go now. Until next time.
