Dear Journal,
I am having another anxiety attack, although it is minor. I think it started from all the noise in this little room we are all in. Yes, I am in class but we have a few minutes until class is over anyway. I haven't told my mom about my anxiety attack yet but I will after I am done with this. Although the noise has stopped I'm still having a minor anxiety attack. Anyway, I have to go now. Until next time.
