Dear Journal,
Aunt Flow is here yet again. Why did she have to come today? She gets so tiresome sometimes. Actually all the time she comes around. Also, when she is around my emotions are raised higher. So, I get "depression sessions" and anxiety attacks more often. I've got to go. I'll write (or type) you later. Until next time.
