Mission 3; A Little Girl!

The tam was walking threw the forsest with the trees seeming to grow bigger and bigger with moss on them and everyonce in a while. I was very calming but they would sometimes find a dead tree and animals carcasses.

"Ah! I can't take it anymore!" Natsu yelled frustrated "Where the heck are we?! Where is that stupid demon so we can kill it already?!"

"Natsu calm down, you might scare-" Lucy started but it was inturupted by rustling. They all turned suprissed and ready to attack at the bush that the sound came from.

"P-Please don't shoot!" a child's voice wimpered. They all dropped their weapons immediatly. A little girl's head poked out of the bush with tears in her eyes. She looked scared "I-I'm sorry if I startl-startled you, I-I don't hav-have many vis-visitors," she said shakingly.

It was laughable because she was the one scared, not them. The girls in the group smilled and stooped down to her height.

"It's okay, sorry if we scared you," Lucy said. The girl seemed to calm down.

"Yeah, we just thought you were going to hurt us, we didn't know you were an innocent little girl," Erza smilled. The boys seemed terrified for some unknown reason. The little girl smilled and blushed.

"So, what's your name?" Happy asked, joining in. The little girl stared at the cat with wings grown out it's back.

She backed up a little, as if she was going to run. "I-I don-don't have one," she whimpered. Tense silence took over. Every so often, the girl would look warily down durther in the forest as if wanting to run away. "I-I'm sorry. I-I've said something wrong," she looked down at her fingers that were playing with each other.

Erza smilled "Then, how about we name you?" she asked. The little girl looked at her.

"You sure? You won't regret it?" she asked in a quiet voice. Happy floated over to her side of the bush and his eyes widened in suprise but a wary glance from the little kid made him shut up.

Lucy laughed "Why would we regret it? Now, what would fit you....." her and Erza trailled off in thought.

"Chihiro." Grey said out of the blue, making the girl jump. "You like that name?" he asked, looking staight at her. The girl shook nervisloy before nodding eagerly with a wide grin.

"I-I love it!" she said, a little lounder than normal. She grinned with confidence before standing up. She wore a very simple white dress turned black from dirt. "I have to go now, but, t-thank you for s-speaking to me!" she exlaimed before turing around and dashing into the dark forest.

Erza and Lucy stood up, being able to glance down at where Chihiro had been. There, on the grass, was dead grass in the shape of two, pitite girl hands. One's that belong to a 5 year old.
