Paano Gumawa ng Kanta?

INTRODUCTION

When you have a lot of things in mind but you can't write it down because you don't know how or when to start. I've been in that situation too!

Let me tell you this: Songwriting is your passion and it doesn't just fall from the sky and boom! You have a song.

It can take a lot of tries. Take note: a lot.

There will be times na mag papop up nalang sayo and within 10 minutes ay may song ka na!

But not all the time.

I started writing songs when I was 13, when I started obsessing in Taylor Swift's country music and I can't help myself but write and write and write.

Wrong grammar? CHECK
Trying hard words? CHECK
Pwede na ba kantahin ni taylor? CAPITAL X

You know, I wrote a lot. Sobra sobra and dun ako nag-improve sa words and grammar. (Hindi pa din perfect but if I will compare it sa mga first songs ko, nako grabe ibang iba!!!!)

Back to the topic, my very very first song is about friendship. And then it is followed by a love song because I just had my first ever crush! Don't tell me you don't have one during your highschool days! Another thing, songwriting is about HUGOT. Basta inspired ka okay na okay :)

And now I have a lot of songs cause I write almost everyday! Sometimes I can compose 3 songs in less than an hour depending on my mood and what I feel.

To make the long story short, I write songs because I am inspired. Don't think negatively that you cannot write your own song! I know YOU CAN!
