Madison's POV
I can't wait, its the second day of school. I am waiting for Cody and Jason, so we can walk to school together. My phone plays shake it off by Taylor Swift, that means I got a text from Shadow.

Jason and Cody aren't here still, ugh they take too long. Then, they walk over to me. "Hey, why did you guys take so long?" I ask, I'm curious about why they make me wait. "I had to wait for my brother to get out of the bathroom, and let me tell you he took forever." Cody says, I look over to Jason. "I slept in." He says, ok not the responses I was thinking but they are believable. We leave for school, once we get to the giant building we just wait outside. Because its not time to go inside yet.

Jason's POV
We are waiting outside school, bored out of our minds when the rude girl comes up to us. What could she want, she is already annoying and yet she hasn't said a word.
"Well,well, well if it isn't the nerds of the school." She says rudely, as she tosses her long black hair. She is so annoying.

Cody's POV
Great, second day of school and Emily is already picking on us. A girl with a white bean bag hat, long curly amber hair, baby blue eyes, freckles that fill the space on her cheeks, wearing a green off the shoulder top, with sleeves that reach her elbows, and a white tank top under it, she has on grey leggings, and brown knee high boots walks over to us. She has a bag that has a giant K on it, she looks really familiar she almost looks like.... Katie!, I thought Katie said she was moving schools. Emily and her friends take one look at Katie, and they turn their noses up at her and walk off. "Hey guys, long time no see." Katie says, she sets her bag down and pulls out her phone. "Katie, I thought you said you were moving schools?" Madison questions, I look over to a group of people. A few of them are in my homeroom class, if I become friends with at least one of them then I won't be lonely. I walk over to them, letting Katie talk to Madison and Jason. Two of the boys stare at me, they are a group with two boys and one girl. "Hi, I'm in your homeroom class and I was wondering if you wanted to be friends." I say, thinking everything I say is ok. One of the boys has blonde hair and glasses, he smacks his lips and looks away. "Great, its the dead person." He says, how rude the last person to call me that was Brantley, but that was years ago. Wait..... "Don't be so rude, its been years since you two have last seen each other." The other boy says, he has brown hair and glasses. "Its been a while, remember us. Its me Kyle, Kaylee, and Brantley." He says smiling, I feel the sadness that has been gone for years return. "Sorry, i must have talked to the wrong group." I say turning around, as soon as i do. Jason pulls me away from the group, I look down. "Why did you wonder off?" He says, his concern for me is really not like him. "I thought that if a made friends with people in homeroom, then I wouldn't be so lonely without you guys." I say, we pick up our bags and head inside. We walk to our homeroom classes in silence. Great another boring class period.

A few hours later at fourth period.

Jason's POV
I have gym with Cody, yay more fun. We get to class and wait for the teacher to get here. He finally enters the classroom, and we all get quiet. We have a class of gym with both boys and girls, I see some of the boys looking at most of the girls which are blushing like crazy. There is one girl looking at me, and its making me uncomfortable. The same group of girls from earlier walk over to me and Cody, the to a hair flip. "Well, if it isn't the emo nerd and his loser of a friend. You know you're not bad looking, if you wanna hang out with the cool kids then you know where to find me." She says, I will never hang out with her. I would rather die. "Go to hell, I'm not leaving my friends." I say, me and Cody leave to go outside.

Cody's POV
I can't believe Jason said that, its definitely going to start something. It's only the second day of school, so we don't have to do anything in gym. Right now all me and Jason are doing is walking around, we don't have anything better to do. I have had a great day, and a great first week so far.
