"Hello? Lilith? (Sobbing)"
Never did Lilith think that one phone call is the start of a big negative change in her life. And this call was from someone who she truly treasures.
"Lilith I can't live anymore (hard sobbing)... I'm such a fucking disgrace... I...I don't know what to do anymore. " Kat said from the other line of the phone. "Kat please, don't say such thing you're scaring me. Please calm down. Tell me where you are I'll come over immediately. " worried sick Lilith, immediately got out of the house and went to where Kat is.
As Lilith arrived she saw Kat sitting by the cliff, hiding her face on her knees and crying hard. "Kat... " Lilith called as she sat right next to Kat and hugged her tight to let her know that Lilith is there to make her feel good. "Lilith... Why, why am I freaking stupid! I, I was used by Niko, and he, he got me fired from my job! Lilith!" Kat lifted her head and hugged Lilith back and cried hard. "There, there cry it out. You're not stupid you just happened to pick the wrong guy. Didn't I tell you many times you should not let that guy drag you down! You are worth more than the way he treats you!" Kat pulled away from their hug and tried wiping out the tears in her eyes. "I know Lilith. But I just can't leave him alone. I know I'm so blinded by my love for him. How stupid I am, huh. And look now look at me, I'm a mess! Didn't graduate college, no job, and no place to live." As Kat said this Lilith noticed the big bag near Kat, "What do you mean you don't have a place to live? Aren't you living with your parents?"
"I aaahhh....... I kind of run away from home to live with Niko since, ah... last year? And I'm sorry I didn't tell you this sooner, really! I just can't find the right time." Kat looked at Lilith straight to her eyes begging for understanding, forgiveness and waiting for her reply. "What... The... Hell...What the hell are you thinking!!! Running away?! Living with Niko! What the hell Kat!!! Most of all hiding this from me for a whole year! " Lilith paused and closed her eyes tightly trying to absorb everything calmly. "I'm really sorry. You know how stupid I am when it comes to love. I was just hopelessly dreaming that Niko is the dream guy I have wished for, for a very long time. I'm so stupid, I know that now. Please forgive me Lilith. I cannot take it anymore if I lose you too! " Kat said trying to hold in her tears. "Argh, you know I'm really disappointed in you! Gosh what were you thinking! But of course I can't hate you silly, aren't we sisters?! Gosh! Anyway if you don't have anywhere to live in, you can stay at my place if you want. But you must promise me you'll try to patch things up with your parents! And fix your life! I love you Kat but you should stop living with no direction. I don't want to see my friend living a life on the slumps!" Lilith said why holding Kat's hands, "I promise Lilith! Thank you so much!" Kat hugged Lilith tightly and they both got into Lilith car.
The next morning while having breakfast, Lilith asked Kat if she wants to have a job then offered the position of being her assistant. For the next day s this two have lived joyfully together until...Kat went to Star Bucks to get her and Lilith a coffee. She sat down on one of the tables waiting for her name to be called by the counter, and then suddenly a man with a camera on his chest sat down across her. "Hey Kat, it's been a long time. How's my baby doing? ", the guy said while smirking. "Niko please stop bothering me! We're done remember? "
"Hey hey... No need to be feisty baby girl. Hahaha but didn't you miss me?" Kat gave Niko a little glance then the counter called her name. As Kat was about to get the coffee, Niko followed her still trying to be a sarcastic gentleman which made Kat's head spin for she can't understand why Niko is doing these things.
"Ok Niko! What the hell is your deal?"
"Nothing, I just kind of miss you baby", Niko said while giving Kat a seductive smile trying to win her over. Kat looked at him, confused. Niko caressed Kat's cheeks and said "Why don't you give me another chance baby girl. Let me make you happy today then decide if you want to be with me again." Like a hypnotized person Kat agreed to this deal. Niko and Kat dated for the whole day and by the end of the day Kat can't deny that she really did miss him and still loves him. "So what do think Kat? Did you have fun? Can you give me another one sweet chance baby girl?" Niko said holding her hand. Kat closed her eyes tightly and covered her face with her hands trying to think. As Kat removed her hand she said, "How can I not give you another chance. I do still miss you and love you. But this will be your last got that?! So treat me right this time." Kat smiled at Niko, a reassuring smile that says she still accepts him.
