Prologue:
Michael laid helplessly on the hospital bed. Y/N, being the friend... is by his side, hoping and praying for a change. "Michael... please stay strong. Fight through this. I know you can." she sobbed.
Y/N reached out her hand to gently grasp his. Seeing him lay there only deepens her pain and sorrow. "I'm so sorry Alex did this to you." she cried even more about the fact that her now ex boyfriend... might be charged for murder... "Please, Michael.. give me a sign that you'll be okay." she begged.
And again.. Michael lays there.. helpless and at this point.. hopeless. His and her family are outside in the waiting room....!Praying that Michael's going to make it.
"Michael... I know you're probably tired of hearing me.." she giggled, sniffling.
"But I want you to know that you're the best thing that has ever happen to me. I guess what I am trying to say is..."
Tears streamed her face even more as she grasped his hand a little tight..
"I love you, too..."
