(At the rooftop in namimori chuu)

"A love story is never interesting without a love rival...."

Reborn amusingly smiled as he looked watched through his binoculars to watch a certain baseball player hit another homerun.

"Good looks and good reflexes, he's perfect." A chuckle escaped his lips.

KYAAAAAA!!! Yamamoto-kun!!!

Reborn's smile instantly disappeared as the high pitched squeals rang in his ears . A lot of people, mostly girls, surrounded Yamamoto. His plan in mind vanished, it might not go according to plan. He looked at the portal beside him and dialed Gianini.

I wiped my sweating palms on my shirt. From other's point of view, I may seem calm but inside my head...

it's a bloody battlefield!!!

Hibari is quietly walking infront of me, his expression like a tamed carnivore. I looked at my sweating hands and clenched it, a determined look printed on my face.

I gotta say something!!!

I opened my mouth to speak  but the nervousness ate me up whole. Easier said than done, really. I stared at the ground and momentarily looked at Hibari's face. He seemed peaceful. I bet he only likes me when I'm quiet like this...

as we walked with our lips locked, I stepped closer to his side and accidentally brushed his hand. "S-sorry!" Why am I feeling shy all of a sudden??! He looked at me with suspicion but didn't say anything. He just continued walking.

Well, it's better like this.....

The silence wasn't tense but also not uncomfortable. I just simply enjoyed his presence beside me and pushed back whatever urge to break the quiet.

~at home~

Luggage and suitcases was my greeting at the doorstep. An amount of uneasiness surged through my body as Hibari welcomed himself in.

"What the..." My eyes turned into saucers as I caught sight of my mother who was holding a passport in her hands. "What's the meaning of this?"

She noticed me and beamed. "Oh!(Y/n)! My friends and I wanted to catch up on things so we decided to go for a vacation, you can come with, if you want!" I threw an incredulous look.

"Leave the house?" I laughed "No way.

besides,

I have a vague impression of Mom's friends looming over me and smothering the heck out of me. I am allergic to hugs. But still...

"How many days are you going to be gone?" I asked Mom. She hummed, checking the time.

"A month."

I choked. "Holy shit."

"Language!"

A month. One month, with no parental supervision. I can stay up late and watch as many anime as I want! Ha! The house is mine! ALL MINE! MIIIINEEEE!
