The Surprise

Location: Hideout (Serity)

-Finally!-

I rapidly said when I saw my wound was healed and I could go back on my quest. I saw Tanaka sleeping and I wanted to surprise her for helping me so I made a list of a few things I should do to make a surprise gift for her so there was no time to waste and I rapidly made a list of Tanaka's favorite gifts:

1: Her favorite chocolates (Cocoa Chocolates)
2: Her favorite Flowers (Phoenix's Feathers)
3: Her favorite stone (Emerald)

There wasn't time to lose I quickly got my gadgets and got my weapons and masks and quickly got out of my room and jump out of a ledge and landed on the big waterfall in the hideout and swim to the ledge and ran to the exit I saw the city again and this time

I know they're looking for me so I'm prepared for any attacks I shoot my grappling hook to the tower building nearby the hideout to get a better look and started climbing the tower and when I finally made it on top I said shaking:

-I-i-it's cold in here-

I rapidly check the list and I targeted the stone first I was told that in the Sacred Lake there was emeralds on the bottom but it's quite challenging to get them out without damaging them but I took my chances and jumped out of the tower and grappled in midair to the rooftops and starting running outside town as I make my way outside I see an assassin on my left chasing me down from the rooftops and he shoots me an arrow from the left and I slide on my knees and shot my grapple on the assassin and shot my cross bow hitting his crossbow disarming him and pulling him towards me and when makes it to me I pull out my hidden blade and stab him on the neck and put some ropes on his neck and my bow and shoot my bow hanging him on the wall for everyone to see...I knew people were looking for me so I put a message that I am back and this time I'm hunting them...I kept making my way outside and found the sacred lake and got in...with the coldness of the morning and lake i was shaking like crazy but I knew I had to make it for Tanaka I took my deepest breath and went in deep in look for Tanaka's Emerald after a few seconds of hard diving I successfully reached the bottom but lost my breath so I needed to go back up so I did I was struggling to reach the surface but I finally made it, without any breath I knew this was really hard to do and it was quite the challenge but I was going to give it a second try...after breathing for a few seconds I took another deep breath in and went in again diving in with more strength I made it faster and saw a perfect emerald but it was really buried and I tried pulling it out with my hands but I couldn't and lost my breath again so I was even in worst position and went to the surface again hearing my heartbeat going faster and faster as I make it to surface was a horrible experience I made it to the surface but went to the land to get my breath and heartbeat controlled again and I made it an DC started meditating and after 5 minutes of meditating it hit me...I went to same spot on the lake and dived in for a 3rd time and I reached the bottom even faster and see the emerald and shoot my grappling hook hanging the emerald and successfully pulling out the emerald but I lost my breath from using all my strength pulling it out and my heart was already pumping way too quickly for me to be down there so I started going to the surface reaching my hands to the surface as the sunlight fades darker and darker as my body felt cold it wasn't the emerald I had the important thing but now it was a survival I kept going up and up but the emerald made me resurface slower but I wasn't going to let go I was going up and up and seeing everything fade away

I reached my arm and my arm got out of the water but my strength weren't enough I was drowned I was going to be lost forever felt no more strength...and felt unconscious but rapidly as I was going down again I heard a voice... It was Tanaka's voice and she said
