*Flashbacks*

(Tanaka's POV)

I was going training with my bow and this girl came across one day and said to me:

-Hi there my name is Zoe-

I introduced myself to her and started training with her with our bows and she started talking to me about who was she and as she was telling me everything about her I started realizing that we share a lot of things in common and I started talking to her about myself for a few hours and I was starting hungry and she said:

*I got to go to my house the sun is coming down want to go with me?*

I was really hungry but I was shy and didn't wanted to go but she hold my hand and pulled me and said:

-Of course you want to Tanaka let's go!-

*Zoe's House*

We entered the house and Zoe's parents told her:

-Hey Zoe who's that in your side-

-She is my new friend Tanaka and I brought her here so she can join us for dinner can her?-

-Of course! Very nice to meet you Tanaka my name is Ralph and this my wife Zoey (she waves at me and smiled) come on now don't be shy join us for dinner-

I completely silent didn't wanted to go but Zoe pushed me to the dinner table and the parents asked me:

-Hey Tanaka where are you from?-

I looked at them and said:

-Nowhere...-

They started looking to each other and Zoey asked me:

-Where do you live?-

I stopped eating and was speechless for a few seconds and i said:

-Nowhere...-

They started getting scared of my answer and said:

-Where are your parents Tanaka?-

I shed a tear and told them:

-My parents are no longer with us in this world and I am alone now-

The tension quickly escalated in that dinner table and Zoey told me:

-And who's taking care of you-

I smiled and pulled out my bow and said:

-This weapon-

Their eyes widened and they felt bad for me and Ralph said:

-Tanaka do you mind staying with us for a bit then?-

I smiled very excited but said:

-Thank you Mr. Ralph but I can't stay here I don't want to cause you trouble or anything-

He insisted and said:

-Don't worry you can even take our guest room just for you-

I wanted to say no but they insisted way too much and i said:

-Um...okay. Thank you so much for your hospitality-

I ended up going to the guest room putting my things down and took some cloth in my hand and entered the bathroom, took a bath changed clothing and went to my room and sat on my bed and got excited and happy since it was a while since I have slept in a bed and lay down took my book out and starting reading and someone knocks on the door and I say:

-It's open!-

Zoey enters the room and starts caressing my cheeks and says:

-You poor thing you had gone through much (I smiled) don't worry you'll be safe here with us and you can stay here with us as long as you want (she looks at me and smiles and hugs me) now tell me what happened?-

I took a deep breath and starting telling her my story and I start to cry as I remember all those awful things in my past and Zoey hugs me and tell me:

-Don't worry Tanaka you will be treated here as one of our own and you will live a happy life here-

I smiled and thanked her so much hugging her and laughing as I found my new home and a new family that I truly felt like they wanted me to be a part of their family. After that I went to sleep but woke up at midnight hearing some footsteps and as I hear someone coming upstairs I hid inside the closet of my room and I heard the people saying:

-Kill everyone and loot the house -

I hold my breath as I see someone entering my room messing everything up and I hear Zoey and the others screaming and I took my bow out opened the door very silently and fired my bow hitting the guy looking for me in the head killing him I shocked that I had to kill him I had to go to save the others. I heard screams down stairs in the kitchen so I took my bows and arrows but as I'm carefully going down the stairs I heard the other assassin say:

-I'm tired of this, kill these one-

And I ran to the kitchen with my bow running and shot one of my arrows killing the Assassin and the other one reacted and took and knife and quickly picked Zoe and said:

-Give up or I will slice her throat-

I quickly dropped my bows and arrows and raised my hands surrendering and he says:

-You killed my buddies (getting closer toward m still with Zoe at hand) you stupid girl (she slaps me to the ground and slices Zoe's e throat and throwing her on the floor) say bye you little bastard-

Zoey and Ralph started screaming as they saw their children on the floor dying and I crawled to my crossbow and took one of my bows as he was going to stab me and I shot him on the head killing him and his corpse dropping on me and all his blood dropping on my face

And I pushed him to the side and went to Zoe and she was smiling and said struggling as her mouth was full with blood:

-I love you Tanaka-

I started to cry as she didn't responded again and I said:

-NO...Zoe! (I drop a tear on her cheeks)-

I knew she was gone and so as the assassins and I quickly freed Ralph and Zoey and they went running to her child crying and shattered for her early departure and after hours of crying and crying a new dawn rises and we decided to bury her and so we did we went to our backyard with a shovel and buried her and Ralph devastated looking at the sky said:

-We picked this place because I want you to guard me and the one who lives in this house-

Everyone started crying and we called the guards and they came to crime scene and checked everything out but I took my things and left a note in my bed that said:

-Dear family,

I know this is too sudden and I am sorry I couldn't save my sister but for that reason I am running away to help other throughout the Serity and the entire region I want you two not to be sad but happy because you showed me how being accepted in a family felt

And thanks for that but now I will take a larger challenge for me and my sister in the heavens and I hope you can forgive me someday and once again thank you I know this was short but I for once felt like in a real family in a long time thank you Zoe, Zoey and Ralph I will never forget you

*finishes flashback*

And after that I haven't seen her ever since except on my dreams...
