#4# school.....

I entered the school timidly afraid of the consequences of the previous night...

Maybe things will change... or maybe be they would continue as always.....

As I was deciding upon my fate at school I heard someone calling my name.

I turned around to be greeted by Liam who had a big smile in his face.

"What's the matter Liam, you seem too pleased today?" I enquired unable to control my curiosity.

"Oh it's nothing.... Guess what I finally asked her out!" he said casually.

How could he be so casual about this!!!

"Wait so you have finally asked Sarah, the most popular girl in the school, out and she accepted?" I said disgusted.

"No, actually she rejected!"

The frown in my face turned into a smile.

"Then why are you so happy"

"Well I have realised that she is not the one for me"

"I told ya"

"Yea...."

"You owe me a treat!"

"Why????"

"Because you did not listen to me and even said that she was better than me!"

"Well am sorry... mistakes happen"

"Blah, blah, blah....How did you even fall for that bitch?"

"I have been asking that question to me since yesterday"

I chuckled.

I thanked god from saving my only friend from the clutches of the monster.

I have always hated that girl from the first day of the school. I didn't have any particular reason for it but I never liked her. No, it was not jealousy...it was just that my instinct told me to hate her...

Is it even being a proper reason?

Whatever, but then I had always avoided her...

I turned out to be right about my feelings...

She was Louis Tomlinson's girlfriend, (now they have broken up) and just like her ex-boyfriend she took pleasure in tormenting me...

Moreover I had my English classes with her.....and the fact that Mr. Holmes preferred me to her did not make it better.

That's not even something I am bothered about but then since I was already in the bad books of the two most popular kids of the school by default I became a lonely soul with no friends.

Don't take me wrong! Liam is certainly a good friend but then he studies too much for his own good. We hardly talk about stuff except storybooks course. He once told me that he would like to be a pop star one day and that was the first time I came to know that he indeed did things rather than studying but then he never talked about that topic again.

I tried but he always found something else to talk about.

Moreover we were friends due to consequences. I used to be made miserable by Louis whereas he was the target for Zayn and since both of us were people without friends we considered each other as friends....

Soon we parted ways as our lockers were quite distant. I took my stuff and went towards the biology lab as it was my first class for the day.

I came across Liam and smiled. From the corner I found Zany entering the corridor. I looked at Liam, he was trembling.
