62. Donghyuk

You have been secretly dating Donghyuk for about 1 year now. Nobody knows about this relationship accept for iKON members and you. 

You receive a phone call from DongDong that morning and you happily accept the call.

You : Hello baby! What's ---

You heard Hanbin's voice in the line.

"You have to tell her now Donghyuk!", you heard him said. 

"I can't do this hyung! I love her. I love her so much!", again. It's Donghyuk's voice this time. It sound like he's crying. 

You : Hey guys.. Tell me what? 

Donghyuk : Hello? Babe? You there?

His voice cracking. 

You : Yes I'm still here. Hey.. What's wrong? Are you crying?

You can hear his sob through the phone. 

"GOD DAMMIT JUST TELL HER ALREADY!!!", you heard Hanbin shouts. He sound angry. 

You : Hey. Tell me what? 

You start to feel nervous and scared a little. 

Donghyuk : I can't tell you this on my on. Bobby hyung will tell you. 

You : Okay.. Are you okay?

Donghyuk : No. I'm not. After what you heard from Bobby hyung, just so you know that this is not what I've ever wanted. I love you so much okay? Remember that.

You : I love you too DongDong. Can you just tell me what's wrong?"

Donghyuk : Bobby hyung will tell you now. I love you. 

Before you even get to say anything...

Bobby : Hey (Y/N). Listen to what I will say okay. 

You : Okay... 

Bobby : You're breaking up with Donghyuk.

You : WHAT?! NO. NEVER!

Bobby : No. He's breaking up with you. 

You : NO! WHY?! BOBBY GIVE THE PHONE TO DONGHYUK!"

Bobby : No (Y/N)! Both of you have to break up! The management found out about you guys! It would be worse if YG himself found out. Please understand this. 

You broke down crying after listening to what Bobby said. 

You : No Bobby. Please tell me this is a prank call. Please.

You said crying on the floor. 

Bobby : I'm sorry (Y/N). You have to let him go for his future. I'm hanging up now. We love you! 

Bobby said the last part slowly before he hang up.

3 years later..

It's been 3 years since your last relationship with Donghyuk. You're now back in your country. Done with your degree in South Korea. You've been missing him everyday. You watch all his shows and performance. He looks good.

He looks good without you. Bobby's right. He's better off without you. 

iKON are having their ASIA TOUR Concert right now. They will held their concert in your country tomorrow but of course. You're not going. You don't want Donghyuk to see you. You don't want to see him either because as much as you want to forget about him, he's the one that your heart wants. 

You're going shopping with your bestfriend today at the mall. 

"Hey (Y/N), I really need to go to the toilet now. can you hold this for me and wait here? I won't be long, I promise!", your best friend said and passed all her shopping bag to you. 

While waiting, you saw three familiar figure standing five hundred meters from you. They turn around and you realize that it was Donghyuk, Chanwoo and Yunhyeong. 

You turn your body 360 so they won't recognize you. 

"(Y/N)!", your best friend called your name loud enough for the whole mall to hear! 

"Oi! Don't you dare say my name so loud! He's here! I saw him!", you told her.

"Him? Who?", as usual, your forever blur best friend. 

"Donghyuk! He's here! Come let's go!", you're about to pull her hand and go when you heard someone calls out your name again. 

You recognize that voice. The voice you've been longing to hear. But you decided to just ignore and quickly go. 

Donghyuk being Donghyuk. He never give up and chased you from behind.

"(Y/N)! Stop!", he said and pulls your hand. 

"I'm sorry. You got the wrong person." You said slowly without looking at him. 

He let go of your hand.

"Tsk! Are you kidding me right now? You're ignoring me?", you can hear his voice crack. 

"I have to go." You said and walk away from him full of regrets. 

Only after ten steps, Donghyuk takes your hands into his once again and said, " Nope! You're not going anywhere. Follow me."

He took your hands and walk to their car.

Donghyuk took you his hotel room. 

"What are we doing here?" you asked. 

You are now standing in front of Donghyuk. His tall figure makes you feel small around him. You can feel Donghyuk staring at you even without you looking. 

10 minutes of silence...

"If you're not going to say anything, I better g--"

You're now in Donghyuk's arm. You missed this. His tight and warm hugs. 

"I miss you (Y/N). I miss you so much.", he whispers.

You didn't let go of the hug and he start to say something again.

"I'm so sorry for leaving you without any valid reason. I love you (Y/N). Even after three years of not seeing you. Not being able to hug you, to kiss you, to do everything with you. I still want you. I know. You're the only one for me (Y/N). Please come back."

He's crying right now. You too know that your heart only wants him. 

"I love you too DongDong."

And with that, he hugs you tighter and said, 

"I will never leave you ever again", and he softly puts his lips onto yours.
