61. Yunhyeong

"I'm going to pair you guys up and I will choose! Song Yunhyeong! Your parter for this project is (Y/N)." Your Science teacher said. 

You look up and turn around. Yunhyeong making his way to you. 

"Hey (Y/N)! I'm glad we're partner for this project. Hehe", he said and grin.

Song Yunhyeong. The cutest, handsome-est, kindest, the most caring and loving person you have ever known. You have known each other since junior year and since then, you develop some feelings for him.

But Yunhyeong only has his eyes for one girl. Kim Na Ra. His girlfriend. Or his "soulmate". Like what Yunhyeong always describe her.

After one month of working on Science project, you and Yunhyeong have become closer. Both of you tells each other almost everything like any normal bestfriends did. There are times when you just hang out with him and his girlfriend. 

The three of you have become closer thanks to that Science project. Though you're really hurt inside whenever you see Yunhyeong and Nara's sweet moments, you're happy that he's happy with her. 

 *Flashback*

It's the day you're hanging out with Nara and Yunhyeong. You're waiting for the couple to come at the beach side. After 5 minutes of waiting, you finally saw Nara walking towards you. 

"Hey (Y/N)! How long have you been waiting?", She said and sat next to you.

"Nahh. Not so long ago. Around 5 minutes I guess?", you said and laugh. 

"Where's your boyfriend?"

Nara looked at you in suspicious. You're starting to get nervous already but then Nara start to laugh.

"He's on his way. He'll come in few minutes."

"Ohh. Okay. Great."

Few seconds of silence and Nara start to break the silence. 

"You know what (Y/N)? I really like you.", she said without looking at you.

You laugh a little and asked her why.

"I don't know. I just trust you. I don't usually like it when Yunhyeong become close to any other girl in our school because you know how he is. Most of the girls be near him because they wanted to be with him ya know?? But I trust your friendship with him. I know that you're different." she said and smile.

You were stunt by what she said. She doesn't know that you're one of those girls who fall for Yunhyeong.

After listening to what Nara said, you start to realize something. Nara trusted you all this while and you know how much Yunhyeong and Nara love each other. They would do anything for each other and you have to right to crush that relationship. 

*Flashback ends*

After that day, you decided to just let go of your feelings and support Yunhyeong and Nara in their relationship. No matter how much you love someone, that does not mean they have to be yours. 

"It was messed up from the beginning. In the end, I become the fool.  The thing that you couldn't have with me, I hope you found happiness. It's okay."
