I was running for my life. There was just a huge fire at my old village. I am 21 years old. I was kinda a thief. I stopped because I heard a branch crack. I was looking around until I was blacked out. I woke up in a house with 4 guards looking at me. "Guys she woke up!" A guard with blonde hair said. "W-where am I?" I asked them. "You are in the village of Phoenix Drop." One with blue hair said. "No...a village. I can't be here!" I screamed then ran out of the house. "Wait!" The one with a hoodie on yelled, "We don't even know your name!" "And I'm glad you don't!" I screamed back. I ran far into the forest where no one could find me. I saw a dog so I tamed it with some bones. I named it Phoenix. Kinda like Phoenix Drop but without the Drop obviously. I laughed to myself with Phoenix at my side. I saw someone's shadow come up behind me. It was the guard with brown hair. "What do you want?" I asked commandingly. "Your name. Now." He answered. "No!" I yelled at him, "I would only put your village in danger!" "And why is that." He asked me. "Why do you care..." "Laurnance." "Why do you care Laurnance?" I asked. "Because I do. Why?" Laurnance asked. "Because! I am not one of your kind!" I yelled. Then I ran away. I saw him chasing after me. "LEAVE ME ALONE!" I yelled at him. "NO!" He yelled back. I teleported away. "Where..did..she..go?" He asked out of breath. "I'm dangerous," I said behind him, he turned around, "leave me out of your life our you'll get hurt. And trust me. A pretty boy like you wouldn't want to get hurt." I smirked and teleported away. People were chasing me. They want my powers. I mean Shadow Knight and Irene mixed together if pretty powerful. More like amazingly powerful. Anyone would want these powers. I'm dangerous. I killed my own family for god sake. I found a spot to sit down with Phoenix. "Who would ever want to be around me." I asked myself. "I would." I recognized that voice. "ZANE!" I yelled. I quickly got up. He was right infront of me. "Back up before I hurt you. Zane." I told him. "Oh, you wouldn't hurt little old me. Would you? If you are Irene, then you should never hurt people." He said again. "If they're trying to take my powers then yes. Yes I can." I said to him. I laughed. "You made the wrong choice." I said, my eyes turning white, wings growing out of my back. I raised up above him. And slashed down. He was dead. He just gave up? I questioned myself. He was there...lying motionless. On the ground. I looked up. My wings disappearing. My eyes turning to their regular hazel color. I felt someone or something was watching me. I took out my sword. "Who's there?!" I yelled. "Come out now!" I yelled again. "You!" I yelled. It was the guard with the brown hair. "I-i didn't know you were capable of doing that." He said to me. "Oh no." I said, "This is why I didn't want to go to your village!" I yelled.
