We kept swimming and talking for a moment like nothing happened. We got out after a moment and just sat there. I was looking at the stars, I could see them trough the window and they looked so soothing. They were shining like they had to, they weren't alone but not with someone as well. The though of being up there looking at everyone and all of them looking at you, shining of all your light made me smile.

"What are you smiling at?"

Adrian's voice extracted me of my thought, the one where I wanted to stay.

"The stars."

I looked at him to see a little smile on his lips.

"And you?"

He looked at me surprised and looked down.

"You."

His answer made me shiver. He was about to say something else when loud footsteps came in our direction.

"What are you doing here?!"

The old man with a flashlight was screaming at us.

"Ummm.... Adrian?"

I whispered at him. He looked at the janitor and back at me.

"Run!"

We took our clothes and ran away. When we were far from the pool we stopped a little to catch our breath. I took this time to put my clothes on as I was running in my swimming suit. We walked back to the dorm and went in our own rooms.

"Where were you?"

I was still in the doorframe that Connor was already asking me questions.

I walked in my bed's direction, tired from all the exercises I did I laid on my stomach, my face in my pillow. I could feel Connor stare at me waiting for an answer.

"You know you are not my father, right?"

He heaved a long sigh and walked out. I could finally close my eyes and make this day disappear from my memories, make this day's effects reduce. Like he wasn't annoying enough, Connor came back in.

"What do you want?"

"Your spending a lot of time with Adrian lately."

I raised an eyebrow and realized that my face was still in my pillow, I sat on my bed and crossed my legs.

"Yea, and?"

"It's just..."

"Connor, just say it!"

"You don't know him!"

I could feel anger rising in me.

"Maybe I don't but he was there for me!"

He was about to say something else but I've had enough of his crap for today. I put my head back in my pillow telling him to leave.

"Fine but don't come to me crying when..."

It was too much, I promised myself to not cry for someone anymore. I told him to leave again but with more anger in my voice. He looked at me and left.

I got woken up with loud talking and laughs coming from Connor's room. I put my pillow over my head hoping they would eventually shut up and let me sleep. After waiting about half an hour for nothing I got up and walked out of my room. I knocked on Connor's door, my shoulder on the doorframe. He opened the door and looked at me from head to toes, he crossed his arms and raised his chin.

"What do you want?"

"For you to shut up."

I could see a girl sitting on his bed with only one of his shirt on. She had long brown hair, she kept laughing until she saw looking over at her to send me a dirty look. She got up and wrapped her arms around Connor's neck.
