|||Flashback: Somewhere in the middle of Faith and Cassidy's relationship; a week or so before the shooting|||
"Cassidy, dear, could you talk to Bon about getting some of his stuff outta' here?" Faith asks, carefully scanning through the strewn about objects in our storage closet.
"Hon', I would but Freddy says he's having his brother stay with us: trying to recreate the whole Fredrick thing I guess," I shrug and pick up Bon's stuff, neatly organizing it into piles in the closet - being the neat freak I am - and sitting back down.
Almost seconds after I get comfortable, Freddy (without knocking, what if I was busy in here?!) opens the door - seeming more excited than usual.
"He's here, guys! Oxley is here!" He exclaims, acting childlike.
We all walk out and Faith and I both greet the kid, he looks maybe 18-19-20, almost like Freddy when he was in college.
((Oh god, the references... 😅._.))
"Well, hello, what's your name?" He winks at me and kisses my hand, and I can already feel Faith getting upset (well, in my gut I can).
"I, uh-"
"Can I get your number, pretty?" He asks and Faith buts in.
"She's taken," she says with gritted teeth and he smiles.
"Can I get your's, then?" He asks.
I but in, trying to not hurt his feelings.
"Accctually, we're dating," I smile, and he nods.
"My mistake," he laughs, rubbing his neck.
((A little while later, maybe a few days?))
"Hey, Cass!" The Kid (Oxley ' s nickname) greets and smiles that little smile.
"Hey kid! I got you something," I smile, handing him a 'nudie mag' (according to anime) and some beer. He looks shocked.
"Woah, Cass, what's this?" He laughs, blushing, and reads through the magazine, looking like he's just seen according ghost, and scanning the drinks. I shrug. I've always wanted to become a big sister figure and help my little bro with his 'essentials'.
"This is awesome, Cass," he exclaims, sets them down, and grabs my hand, "Lets go
((Later on, at the 'funeral'?))
"Fa-Faith?" He asks the sobbing bear and she nods.
"I loved her..."
((Sucks chapter but this is just for background info on the next chapter!))
