When You Have To Pee In The Cup

A month later and things were going great. Daisy and I were happy and we started to focus on school as it was getting close to the end of year. We hadn't really spent much time together since we got engaged but that night, we rocked each others world! I was in 4th period when I got a text from Daisy.

"Baby I need you to come over this afternoon."

"Hey Beautiful, how r u? u feelin better?"

"No, can you come over this afternoon and take me to the doctors?"

"Anything for my princess."

"Thx baby. xxx "

When school finished I swung by Daisy's house and picked her up. She was wearing black sweatpants with a Queen band tee. Her hair was in a fishtail braid and she was wearing no makeup, and was still the most beautiful girl in the world. 

"Hey baby," I said.

"Hey."

"Are you okay? I thought you were getting better the other day?"

"I thought I was too. My appointment is at 3:45 so we should probably go."

And with that we drove to the medical center.

When we got there Daisy checked in and then we sat in the waiting room. The nurse called out her name and as I was going to walk in with her the nurse stopped me.

"Only family members allowed."

"But I'm her boyfriend."

"I'm sorry but unless you are a direct member of her family you have to wait outside."

"Okay."

 I sat there with an ancient copy of a "Who" magazine, wondering what was taking so long when I saw daisy walking down the hall. I jumped up and ran after her and stopped her in the hall way.

"Hey whats taking so long in there, is everything okay?" 

"Yeah everything is fine, they just had to do a blood test and no i have to pee in the cup."

She frowned slightly. Her eyes were red like she had been crying and i was immediately worried.

"Daisy, look at me. Look at me. You've been crying, whats wrong?"

"Nothing Aubrey just wait in the waiting room."

"Okay but babe?"

"Yeah?"

"I love you no matter what and even though we aren't married I've already made the vow till death do us part."

She wiped a tear from her eyes.

"I love you too."

She hugged me then walked down the hall to the bathroom.

I saw her walk back into the doctors office and ten minutes later she walked back out with a smile plastered on her face. It was a fake.

I went along with it and drove her back home. I parked out front of her house and turned the car off. Before she could get out I grabbed her arm to stop her. She turned to look at me and closed the door.

"Daisy, I want you to be 100% honest with me, okay?"

"Okay."

"Have you got an STD?"

Her jaw dropped.

"What?! No! Why would you think that?"

"Well baby you have been really secretive about it and thats not you. And you haven't really wanted to come over for the night the past few days. I was just asking baby, don't be mad."

"I've had sex with you and you only so how would i even get an STD? Unless you're accusing me of cheating? Why would I cheat on you Aubrey? We just got engaged and you accuse me of being unfaithful? I trust you so why don't you trus-"

"Daisy! Honey chill it was just a question. I was worried about you and thats all that seemed to make sense so I just thought. Im sorry baby and I do trust you, more than anyone."

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to get so angry. It must be the hormones."

"Wait but your period isn't around this time? What's going on?"

"Baby I gotta go. I'll talk to you later okay."

And with that she was gone.
